I was indeed happy to see a woman being a brand ambassador because most of the time women in such sports are neglected. Good choice from stake although I was expecting Valentina to be the next brand ambassador because of stake's tendency to always team up with the top names in the UFC.
I even saw the Instagram stories and it was a good overall feeling to see more fighters being included in the stake team. I would also take a moment and appreciate the kind of odds stake provides for UFC are outrageously good! I mean there is almost 0 house edge if such a thing even exists on sports. There are like 1.49 and 2.98 that kind of odds and I was wondering if I should bet on both just for wager means
All the promotions around UFC with these odds make it an almost negative house edge experience in UFC betting. But that said, stake needs to improve their esports betting odds.
I understand that in most sports women are not really loved that way, I know that they are not really supported like men, however I am not sure if UFC is like that. Sure when you look at WNBA for example they are so underpaid that most of them go to Europe and Russia and get paid the good money then come back and play in WNBA for little amount, that is how much WNBA is cared for (but it is also watched very little so it is understandable). Or look at women soccer, the world cup usually gets a good amount of views but aside from that the leagues are rarely ever watched.
All of these combined proves that sports is "mostly" watched by men and that is why it is majorly paid less than men. However UFC is not always like that, look at most people in UFC that got famous, the women who played in star wars recently, the ronda rouseys and all that people do really get famous in UFC.
