I believe crypto-games allows anyone to play without verification BUT if you KYC you get like no speed limits and 2 free levels. Cool like Stake:)
Optional KYC is easily one of the best plus points related to site like Crypto-Games etc. Personally, I observed that the betting speeds in Crypto-Games were pretty fast even without providing your KYC information.

It is quite fast with big bets but if you do KYC you get super fast bets even on min bets like 1 satoshi. Stake speed is also quite good I would say, as is Bitvest, but yeah, if you want very fast rolls like doing auto on 1 million bets, you can really notice the speed difference on 100ms rolls and 10ms rolls;)

If I would have ever paid less that would be ok but I didn't, I always overpay, no exception. They make so much money off us and then even when withdrawing they basically steal my money.

Stunna doesn't even care to reply here, that's how they care about this situation. How hard can it be to finally make some changes about the withdrawal fee thing? Especially after last time claiming they would work on it.
Last 2 withdrawals I overpaid double of what they actually used, thats ridiculous. But praising themselfes with this bonus bullsxxt, no wonder they can give those micro bonus pays Saturdays when they before make it back with withdrawal fees. Good strategy for them to milk the customer.

I know how you feel as I have experienced on other site which has different withdrawal fee system.
On that site I can set the fee as I wish, at that time I set higher fee to get my withdrawal confirmed faster but you know what?
The site processed my withdrawal with a fee which is not what I paid for and they said that they use a system to send withdrawal based on the latest average fastest fee.
Means that the system wont be able to send withdrawal with an exact amount of fee as what we paid for.
It can be less it can be more, it will be based on the latest network condition.
Afaik it is your 2nd time of complain for the same thing, why did you keep playing with bitcoin instead of other coins with cheaper fee?
If I were you, I wont use bitcoin and eth at the current situation.

Stake now has UFC Main Event Double Winnings for two figths Kevin Holland vs Marvin Vettori and Sodiq Yussuf vs Arnold Allen.
This is only for single bets and maximum stake payment is $100.
It is tempting but last time I placed my bets on Kevin Holland and I lost, will history repeat itself that is the question.

Stake overcharged me in withdrawal fees again.

Last time I was told this almost never happens but it happened again.

I pay 0.00022 (why does this amount NEVER change these days, I thought its supposed to be dynamic?) and my withdrawal gets sent with 0.00013 . So 5$ donation pretty much. Thats more than my weekly bonus these days, haha.
So where does rest of my money go?
Last time at least I got refunded but this time the support says they wont. Then she said she will check with supervisor and after 1 hour waiting I just gave up.

Proof: https://imgur.com/a/QevB4yk

Didn't people here claim that if you pay a certain set fee it will be sent with that fee? Well obviously not for me.
I can tell you that almost 99% of the time, whatever you pay will not be whatever stake pays. I have even seen grouping of the transactions, so instead of paying let's say 10 dollars for each, they paid 30 total and sent 4-5 of them and got it that way (numbers are made up) while charging everyone 10 because individually that is what it costs. I have seen a lot of times when they charge one thing but spend another. That has been the case for years.

However I can't really get mad, you know why? Because I have also seen them charge me less and then pay more as well, the automation is that when you are being charged that is calculated somewhere else, and when they are actually sending that is calculated somewhere else, so it is never the same and even though that means sometimes you are overcharged for it, it also means sometimes they are overcharged for it. It is a bad method but it is not a bad method just for gamblers, it is bad for stake as well, I think they would want to fix that as well.

The withdrawal fees is fixed at a certain rate and that is the case with other sites including exchanges and you will not see them using the entire fees with broadcasting the transactions as they do that according to the current network status and this is the first time i am hearing that they actually refunded the amount earlier as i have not heard anyone doing that.

What i usually do is convert the coins with the help of cryptogamblers bot and if there are no balance available with that service there is a few gamblers that i know which helps in withdrawing rather than using Bitcoin or ETH withdrawal.

Didn't know that money laundering is crafty.
That's why stake might ask a sudden kyc for those accounts that will have that type of activity. They're compliant to the rules of the government and that's why if they've found out someone did that, he or she shouldn't be surprised by the sudden requirement for the kyc.

This has been a persistent issue for sometime now which is why I don't expect Stake to fix it anytime soon. I advise withdrawing big amounts instead of several smaller withdrawals until they fix it.

Coinbase and blockchain aren't gambling site. You can't say it would be same from a site to other site

Yeah I know they're not. But it's the same concept. Reward users who are willing to verify, but don't punish those who can't or choose not to verify. If you want another gambling site that also does this, I believe crypto-games allows anyone to play without verification BUT if you KYC you get like no speed limits and 2 free levels. If I’m not mistaken, the network fee is different from the platform withdrawal fee.  The 13K sats will go to the miners. And the $ 5+ you say is the withdrawal service fee. Supposedly, that was combined.

So I don't see anything wrong, because if you set the amount in USD, the current withdrawal charge is $12.74.

What?
The withdrawal fee is the miner fee. They charged me 0.00022 but sent the withdrawal with 0.00013.
There is NO SERVICE FEE. Don't know how and why you come up with that?

Every single time they charge me more than they actually send the withdrawal with, thats straight up robbery.

Stunna said this shouldn't happen and it "very rare" but yet it happens again and again.

I don't have money to donate to this site. If I pay 0.00022 for the miner fee so use 0.00022 for this transaction, not only half of it and keep the other half for yourself.

I wonder which explanation Stunna has this time.

Had a similar situation time ago with another gambling site I won't mention here and, when asked, answered me the use to apply an average fixed fee that sometimes is higher than network fee and sometimes lower ( and I checked it was the case when mempool was overloaded) but that it was the most viable way for them to manage withdrawals.

Two weeks ago ‘Stunna’ said that they are working to make a better system of withdrawal fee.
Feels bad for him then.

In every casino thread, while the site only has BTC & ETH deposit option everyone always suggested or shout out about adding more altcoin with a cheap fee because we can't handle it but while we already have it a small gambler still uses BTC & ETH. IDK what the reason they still using it while we already have a solution for a high fee to choose other altcoin, but I guess if stunna want to change the withdrawal fee system better to use "Custom fee" so stake not take it any fee at all but customer have ability to set up their own fee.

Are you sure Stake charge service fee from withdrawals? They only take the fee to process the withdrawal by providing miners fee. And miners fee depends on bitcoin network, which is dynamic. While Stake charge a fixed withdrawal fee. Based on network condition, they pay both higher or lower fee than the fixed one. So there is nothing to complain. Two weeks ago ‘Stunna’ said that they are working to make a better system of withdrawal fee.

Its pretty much same in all the gambling sites, if the win came from a bug on their odds then the sites may or may not reward the people but its their own decision. And money laundering is pretty much possible on gambling sites because the user can deposit huge amount then wager a small amount then can withdraw the remaining funds.
Didn't know that money laundering is crafty. I would stand with the player in regards to winning by bug because the website should be user ready when it was launched.

Well it all depends if there's written rules regarding bug winning but I think majority of gambling site doesn't have any despute rules for bug winners so they should be compensated with the winnings.

But this is a lot of discussion to be made since I believe they will insist especially if the winning amount is so huge.

~ Give the player how far his wager is from the next prize tier.
For example if a player is top 300, it would encourage him to strive to get to the top 250 if he have a target to beat.

Players can check by themselves on how far they are from this or that tier here:

https://promotions.stake.com/1-mill-race-prize-breakdown/

Telling them, at some point, that they are not far from getting a bigger prize would be kind of misleading, imo, because not only them can wager more, but others can do that too, so there's no guarantee that with wagering more they are going to go up in the leaderboard.

It is not what he is wanted to see imho. He want to see the gap of the wagered amount from a specific position compared to his own position. I think his example is clear enough, lets say he is currently on 300 with 50k wagered, he want to know how much is the wagered amount for the above prize tier. In this example he want to know the wagered amount of player on 250th. By this way, players can decide what to do with his position. If the gap is not that big and he can afford to do it the he will go for it but if the gap is too big then he wont wager too much. Afaik knowing how much is wagered by any players under our position is also important if we want to win something from the race so we can manage our wagering activity in order to stay on our expected position at the end of the race.

@Text already give some nice responses for your post to add more opinion, why not just using the altcoin instance of bitcoin ? not only on stake other service has some fee for withdrawal fee for the platform itself.

And, if your balance already at stake why not converted the bitcoin fund into altcoin using dinabot with internal tips transaction service on stake. The points is, you still got your money right? why make it yours self more hard just take this as a leason use altcoin Grin
