We are getting closer to the fight, and I think that is a thrown away money as well. Why? Because we are talking about someone who is a wrestler which is why people assume Ben will lose, but the fact is that this dude has won 19 games on UFC, and that is one of the most ruthless places to fight, even boxing is not that ruthless, you can't go 15 rounds in UFC, someone will eventually either tap out or get knocked out, which usually happens inside 3 rounds anyway but sometimes it goes the distance, and this dude won 19 of them.
So, it is a no brainer to wager on Ben, but assume you want to bet on Jake, that's fine as well if you want to do that. But to throw 80k+ dollars into someone who is a youtuber and beat one NBA player versus a UFC fighter who won 19 fights? That is surreal, I would never imagine myself doing something like that ever, and I have zero clue why the odd is so much in favor of Jake neither, am I missing something that everyone else can see?
This was what I was thinking as well, is there something we are missing? I mean sure dude is a wrestler background and since they can't just take to floor, that means he lacks his best skills, in a UFC game you can use wrestling while fighting and others are trying to punch you, but in boxing it is all punching so that is why Ben is at an disadvantage normally against any other fighter.
However this dude is a youtuber, sure he looks like he bench presses I suppose, but a body builder is not a boxer and we have seen how he fought against Nate, even though he knocked him out, it was clear amateur boxing from two people and that didn't make any sense. Long story short, it is really weird to see Ben not getting those odds and Jake getting it, there is 100% guaranteed something we are missing, no odd provider would allow something like this to happen.
