Mate you can't compare an exchange with a bookie. Exchanges are a service and of course they charge fees.
Obviously betting is also a "service" but they make SO MUCH money off losing players, ripping people off when they withdraw is just pathetic.
~

Please try to understand this simple thing: casinos don't make money off losing players. Some people are losing big amounts while others, at the same time, are winning big amounts. From 90%(some slots) up to 99.5%(Blackjack) of the money lost on a platform goes not to casino but to the winning players, and this is how it works, a casino makes money from the house edge, not from the losses on their platform.
No I disagree with you Betwrong, Maasdamer is not talking about casinos and gambling games, he's talking about bookies. And he's right, most of sportsbooks don't offer mutual betting, odds are set by bookmakers on the base of the probability of outcomes to occur and few other things. So when most of punters bet on the wrong outcome, the money doesn't go to the winners, they only receive the payment agreed upon at the time of the bet.
If odds favours the betting platform then the sporbookies won't make any changes while if players are winning huge amount due to anykind of odd errors the bets will be void even after the match starts so it is kind of unfair but the gambling platforms ask you to agree they have right to change anything at anytime while registering.

The money I save is separate and I do not touch that, and I put about 50 dollars monthly into gambling, I do that by sending money from usually binance to whatever casino I play (some casinos do not accept direct from exchange) and then I withdraw to my binance (some casinos do not accept this neither) so long story short I can be versatile with my choice of coins, whatever is the cheapest one, I end up depositing and withdrawing that which allows me some wiggle room in that fee payment and I am nowhere rich at all.
You have done a good discipline where to gamble is only given a capital of $50 without wasting, this is what can control yourself where we can do gambling with a few dollars budgeted.

Now various platforms have provided cheaper coins, meaning that the offer is due to a lot of demand so that many are added to gambling sites now, as a result depositing is easier wherever we want to gamble, including on Stake.com, which you have been playing on this site for a long time. .

I also keep my money on Binance and deposit and withdraw always use this Binance wallet to make it easier for me to make exchanges and other fees.

@jaberwock this is what I call solid gambling planning, and for a long time I too struggled to do it, but eventually with lot of help I was able to plan my finances for gambling without burning all my fiat money. Also in your case I believe you can use the exchange Stake recommends i.e. MoonPay this way your funds will be accepted each time.

Nice!
Just curious about the latest Playtech slot tournament, when and how the Stake team will send rewards to eligible users? Joined promo 2 days ago but no idea how to claim prize Smiley

stake.com has been very stingy with the weekly reload.  I used to get over $100 weekly reload as gold and platinum 1.... I am now platinum 3, I never seen myself get anything over $60
It is because of the low wager during a week. The more you wager the bigger the share you get each week: $1 per $1000 wager each week + base amount depending on the Vip rank. Just ask your Vip host for clarification.

In short there are smarter people that knows how to get their money out of the casinos at a lower fees. My friends taught me how to get my money without the hitch of getting a high fees like what @Bitinity has said.
I have been doing that for nearly a year now, well since September but that is a long time in crypto world. I have received many withdrawals and made many deposits since that day, both here and in other places as well, and I always pick whatever is the cheapest. My money is already on binance and that means that I end up not spending much of that money on anything other than saving and gambling.

This is completely wrong, I know some people here from Bitcoin talk who are regular active players. It does not mean that they do not care or they have never made any withdrawals but they are smart enough to avoid the high fees of bitcoin or eth. They prefer to deposit, play,  and withdraw using coins with cheaper fee.

Finding fees doesnt really need for you to think hard since those options are already present and it does need some common sense if you would use it or not to save up fees.

If you dont actually care on paying up some  couple of bucks in regards to fees then just ignore this one.

I received only $3.6 after beating Eddie twice on Gates of Olympus. It means there are awful lots of users who also beat Eddie. OMG, Stake is so big!

Earlier it had the swap feature, and good is that many tokens can be directly deposited to stake and can be converted to top cryptocurrencies for specific fee. It had got minimum limitations on the conversion, and now it's been taken away as the site is being updated regularly. Maybe they could've got other plans, like the recent addition of buying cryptocurrency through third party service providers.
I'm not surprised because they are a 3rd party exchange. There is a risk when users have a problem with their deposit, which in fact not Stake's fault. IMO, token swap should be done internally, not by a 3rd party plugin.
The token swap service was provided internally by Stake. Swapping feature was much preferred by users and those are the beginning days of exchanges providing the swapping access. By that time Stake had the feature of swap. For some reason now we don't have the access to swap. As an alternate now the buying access is provided by Stake, but this buying is possible through a third party plugin.

Maybe I didn't get the exchange feature here in the Stake the first time I tried to play here. What percentage do they charge for this service? Do they have a statement as to why they removed it? If it helps, maybe they should return it.

I would have liked to try it they call Dinabot but I can't get it, I'm confused.
There's none IIRC. AFAIK, integrated exchanges are provided by a third-party service and they have their own rates but totally different from the usual rates on exchanges.

Maybe they could've got other plans, like the recent addition of buying cryptocurrency through third party service providers.
Yeah, maybe they have better plans and I get it why when I've visited it and wanting to exchange, I thought that it's just an internal error.

As far as I can remember, stake.com has provided internal exchange so that users can exchange their coins to other coins but now I don't see it anymore
I don't know the reason they delete it even though it's very helpful at this time when transaction fees are very high.

That is indeed a great feature I appreciate very much on gambling sites,  I use it to switch between coins for several reasons : avoid high withdrawal fees, allow high martingale negative losing streaks switching to coins with a lower unit value, and when I plan not to play for a bit I turn all my balances to the coin I think may grow up in value or at least I think has lower volatility.

Guess also sites earn a bit from commissions for every swap so cannot really understand why the removed it.

Yes commission $2-4 is not a problem instead of having to pay $15 right  Grin I just asked in support and he didn't explain the main reason
He only explained that it was a collaboration with CoinSwitch.co , I hope it will be available again.

Yes, whales never consider the fee. It also has a reason behind. For a withdrawal of $100 we need to pay a fee of around $15. For a withdrawal of $1000 we need to pay the fee little above $15. For whales it won't be a big factor as the withdrawal value is high whereas the common gambler's withdrawal value is one tenth of the whale's.

I did verify my KYC on the site because when there was a breach in Primedice a few years back i had to submit my details to log into my account after a gap and had to search my old deposit addresses and transaction ID to get back my account and the reason for my verification is to avoid looking for my old transaction if anything happens in the future  Cheesy. I have not heard stake asking for a mandatory KYC unless someone is abusing the system.
That was on exemption because it was connected to a breach where its just normal on having those kind of verification to prove out the ownership of said account
but on other situations then KYC is something that wont be asked from time to time.If you dont make any shady activity then i dont see for them to ask out for that
kind of verification.

Most of gambling sites does have similar terms when it comes to this.
No matter what the situation would be, no matter what the reason would be, I just feel like there are people like me who will not share KYC. I do not gamble with a lot of money, usually I have somewhere between 50-100 dollars at most, I deposit 50 bucks and gamble with it and I usually end up losing that, if I am lucky and made some profit I may have gone as much as 100 but if I reach 100 I take 50 out and keep the initial 50 in, which means I am almost always under 100 dollars for sure here.

And that means if I am ever asked KYC, I will just let them keep the money and will not comeback, that money doesn't worth it and I do not think that I will ever want to give my KYC to a casino. Not that I do not trust stake, I know they are doing the right thing, but if my government finds out that I am gambling on stake, they may or may not find that problematic, there is no law regarding crypto, online gambling is allowed to a point but most casinos are approved and have license, so I am not sure if Stake would be accepted as well.
