We are talking about an account with 0 balance. I replied to all the questions, took me forever to find stake deposits within my wallet as I have tons of transactions. I sent them countless emails and screenshots and now they want even more. They are just wasting my time here, thats all.
You clearly lack patience. If you think they are wasting your time, forget about your account and move on. If not, improve your patience level and give them time to try and sort out your issue. You aren't the only customer they need to take care of.
I heard rumors about whether the Monthly bonus will be eliminated? Recently in the stake community I saw talk about the Montly bonus being omitted because many people created accounts to be able to get bonuses.

I doubt that. Why would they want to get rid of one of their best features? Also, they have security measures in place to tackle multi-account scammers.
