I would really like to get an official statement from stake about this alt account thing.
How do people have to do kyc when multiple accounts are allowed.
This was discussed here as well and the official stake forum mod said himself alt account are allowed, only not for chatting abuse.

Oh, man. You dont know me , and you don't know who are these scammers from stake if you really trust them. Of course i'm sure i didn't violated any rule. I did 3 depos and busted. When i did the fourth (0.1 ltc) i played some dice and did some bets on NBA, i found out that my balance is frozen. At this moment i have on balance 0.11ltc (enough for withdrawal). I'm generally on negative profit on site and i have one account , and they know this. They just dont allow me to withdraw what i have...22$, dirty cheap casino!

So now, they are requesting verification due to the suspiciousness of your account, so if you do not cooperate with their request your problem will not be solved. With the size of the income of such a casino do you think it can afford to scam it for only $ 22? Incredibly, they will not destroy their reputation that way.Frozen balances for no reason (they can't explain what rule I broke), fake positive reviews on trustpilot, "support" - guys from third world countries who act like bots, etc. Frozen balance = stolen money, cause i can't withdraw . They have good reputation and i don't find many people complaining about them. However sometimes newbie like you come here to claim scam accusations but either they are violating any rule or the support team resolves their issues.
Do you think they will become rich by scamming your 22$ only ?

Kinda hate with some type of bonus like this, claiming every 10 minute did pre-monthly bonus was also taken a few percentages from the monthly bonus? ~XD calculation for each claim and total claim I got for 1 day has some potential 10-15$ if really claim the whole days and total from 3 days was 35-45$.

Any bonus is welcome whether you have to claim it many times or the quantity of the bonus is less. To tell you truth i have tried few other gambling sites but none of those give as frequent bonus as stake.com give us. Everyone likes free money of course

I do not get the cultural type of bonuses, like yeah it is Lunar new year bonus and it is lunar new year for some nations, but what about the nation I am from? We have special dates and none of that was celebrated here, I do not get why there are christmas type of christian related ones, and lunar new year related asian ones but when it comes to non-christian and non-asian ones there is absolutely nothing. Do not get me wrong this is of course not about stake, I just happened to come across to lunar new year bonus here as well but many many places do this, so I think this is not the first or the last place to do it, there are many places that does it.
However I just wanted to share that I do not get the idea of it, like why specifically certain cultures get their things celebrated whereas some other cultures have nothing to do with and never gets celebrated?

Also in my personal opinion Stake isn’t a scam site, and they’re definitely not bothered about scamming you for $22 as they give out more big amounts in bonuses, hence I would request you to calmly sort your issues with them.
I asked them what rules I had broken. They did not answer, but only demanded documents and selfies. I said ok, first introduce yourself, send me your personal data and what is your function in the company. They answered - we are the stake team. Perfectly! My balance was frozen, without explaining the reason and they (anonymous team) demanded all my personal data! Serious? Found a fool? Dirty cheap casino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Stake.com started new VIP Program everyone who reached Gold was a VIP, It was changed a year ago to Platinum but every Gold VIP user who had their Host was not removed from the VIP program
Thanks Dusan for clarifying about it, so it means that users need to be platinum 1 to get the a dedicated VIP host.
Lucky me to reach my Gold rank long time ago that give a benefit (this dedicated VIP host) as I wont get it if I reach the Gold rank lately.

I'm not really sure if the Lunar New Year Bonus is also given to brand new account but I think all registered accounts get it although it is just small amount in reload type.
If the bonus is a reload, anyone need to claim it because there is no automatic reload claim.
Higher rank gets higher bonus, yes it is true but it is not a guarantee as most bonus will be based on your wagering/gambling activity for specific period of time.
It seems that you misunderstand something here as it seems that you think that VIP manager is a user rank while it is not.
All ranks has its own wagering amount requirement, you can use the search feature and you'll find it in this thread as it has been asked many times already.

What's exactly you talking about here, freezing or stealing, be specific in your compliant, if your funds were freezed for violating rules on stake, there's nothing bad to complete the verification process asked by the customer care, beside your funds weren't stolen but freeze, do what you have been told to verify, simple.
