Hello Guys, unfortunately I'm having problems with stake.com, they blocked my money (4k euro) without giving any explanations, the support gave me an email because it is not "their department" but no one has answered the email for more than 40 hours.

You have the initial vip reward from the live support that starts at $20 for bronze then you get $50 for silver. There's the weekly coupon handed out it in their telegram I think this goes for at least a few dollars depending on your recent wagers and now the newly introduced monthly coupon that used to be the reloads.
The Rakeback is something separate from the Weekly and Monthly rewards and you can claim it whenever you want. The Rakeback is determined by the house edge per bet and it is something like 10% (not sure how it is calculated)
As far as I know, you can build up the Rakeback and it does not expire.... so you can leave it there... until you bust and then you can claim it. I claim it and then I vault it to protect it.. so I have not tested if it expires or not... just confirmed with users in the chat that it does not expire.
