I guess it'll be similar to other sportsbooks where they sometimes give compensations on brutal losses. If you lose your authenticator device what do you expect from stake, just allow anyone to open your account and withdraw money? Obviously, the 2FA was set to help the user add an additional layer of security and if the user has lost it, at least have the patience to follow the right procedure. Any hacker can find your login and ask for a quick reset and that is most likely the reason they asked you to wait.

I agree it must be frustrating as a user to not be able to login into your own account but you should have the decency to put your problem in better words and although show your frustration but stay within your limits.

Is it that hard for you to follow the process? If you want to get your account back, then you need to do what they ask for.
They have their own standard procedure on how to recover user's account, if you cant follow the procedure then stop asking to get your account back.
Even if your account has zero balance, it does not mean that they can give it back to you without the standard procedure.

This only proves the competence of the employees in stake.com and, in my opinion, only increases the trust in them. If you are a wallet owner, it should be a pretty simple task for you. I do not know why you are causing this resentment.

You clearly lack patience. If you think they are wasting your time, forget about your account and move on. If not, improve your patience level and give them time to try and sort out your issue. You aren't the only customer they need to take care of.

I doubt that. Why would they want to get rid of one of their best features? Also, they have security measures in place to tackle multi-account scammers.
