I think it`s a biggest and the most popular cryptocurrency casino. I don`t like gambling so much, but I have an account there and tried to play several games. Also there many features to earn some money, because developers always arrange a lot of contests and giveaways. I think Stake.com is a standart of crypo casino. And what about you?

Unfortunately, I don't have 30k on my wallet either. If I did, I don't think I would use it all at once. If you lose you really lose everything. If you win you feel invincible, but I wouldn't dare take that risk.
That guy, predictable, is a whale. Obviously he has more bitcoins in his pocket/wallet, so $30k still nothing for him (on above said he will gonna even bet $100k). I've also seen nick "predictable" on few gambling sites, and most of them are a high roller.

Even if you have $30k, doesn't mean you must bet $30k, right?

Funny to see that people can bet 30000$ on a game while I can bet 10$ or less on the same league. And my account is only up like 10k on the site.
Very fair treatment I must say.
The amount actually doesn't matter a lot. What matters more is your ROI and your ROI seems pretty impressive since you are up 10k by just placing 10$ or lower bets.

On their livestreams they were betting 1.8 btc (which was around $30,000 back then) per sports bet so this is the usual amount of their wagers on stake.
Damn. 1.8 btc per bet? That is a big whale indeed. I wonder whether this guy is in profit or loss overall since many people tend to forget the big picture and go crazy over these big wins.

I never said I got to being up 10k by making 10$ bets. They limited me after a while. Now I can make 1-10$ bets on basketball, before it was like 1000$ bets or more.
Just impressed that I get limited because of winning 10k while others can bet 30k and win 60k without problems.

Should have known from the beginning what kind of site stake is.

I do not see the problem. You can also try other sports. And by the way, if you want to bet $ 1000 so badly, you bet $ 100x10, right? Then you are also on the 1000.
You should not judge Stake with this, they have not acted wrong. They have every right to adjust limits if they find it necessary.

This diamond player is considered a high roller on stake. They were streaming their games late last year and had a following I would imagine, to gather referrals which worked for them, as I was one of theirs.
They took a break for a while since their "Road to a million" campaign quickly died within a few weeks and they disappeared from the site for months. Just recently I had seen their name pop up on the daily race leaderboard so they were still active on there within the past couple of weeks. I would also imagine due to the lambo raffle being their main focus now.
On their livestreams they were betting 1.8 btc (which was around $30,000 back then) per sports bet so this is the usual amount of their wagers on stake.
High rollers will have that kind of results all the time, they are high rollers for a reason. When someone can gamble as much as 35k just on one basketball match, you know that they do not really care about the outcome as much as we might have. I have never had 35k in my bank account ever before in my entire life, the total amount I have earned far surpasses that easily, probably at hundreds of thousands by now, but I just make small by small and spend that to survive, hence never had that collectively.

So, when we look at it and when they look at it we see different stuff, we do not see the same thing. They look at it and they see some fun, just like how we see 35 dollars for example, nothing insignificant, not 35 cents, but still not 35k neither, what is 35 dollars to me is probably what 35k is to them.

You have to have the guts to place such bets. Not many do. Is a 50-50 bet. Then you should just have luck on your side. Otherwise you will have a bad day and 30k less.
It is also tempting to bet the amount again because you are in a winning streak.
Everything is relative and have to be put into perspective. These guys do not just need the guts but the money. No money, no pain, no gain. The risk/reward ratio people are willing to take is different from one person to the other. I could confidently place a $500 bet which is certainly high but it is a sum I could be willing to lose. $30000 is way too much for my wallet Smiley

Will also have to do with the competition and the country. In lesser known sports or lower divisions, you sometimes have that limits are much smaller.

And if you want to bet on the Champions League, then you have a high limit again. More people will probably bet on that.

Damn bruvh, you don't know the story of predictable? Shocked
You can go onto sportschat or just general chat and ask about him. He was a big player back in dec 2019 last year then after a couple of big time losses they vanished from everywhere. People thought he fell off the face of the earth, but as I mentioned in my previous post, they are active again on the site from a couple of weeks ago as you can see their name on the leaderboard in the top 10 every day for the past few weeks. Yet they don't talk much anymore on social media.
Here is one of the tweets which you can see they lost a rather big bet:
https://twitter.com/Stake/status/1203784796616286208

Even though they deleted all their videos of their past streams, you can still get clips to see how much they were wagering while they were still socially active on twitch/twitter before the losses came to happen:

The real courage of high rollers.  Only now have I seen such a huge single bet on a sportsbook.  Will he win the Northwestern Wildcats?  Or maybe the trend changes in the third and fourth quarters and the Pittsburg Panthers win.  Let's follow the scenes in live NCAA men's Basketball.

One a few reasons they can ask you for security reason
- The email change
- Password change
- Login with different IP Country, Let's say the original owner form Asia and suddenly there has some change login and playing with Europe IP.

I do not think Stake will ask you for security reason because above mentioned reasons.
Email change? Frankly speaking, I cant find any feature to do this, so I guess players are unable to change their email address themselves but perhaps it is possible to ask it through support.
Password change? I have changed my password many times but they never asked me something.
IP changes? I used to use my original IP in the past but lately I use VPN with various IP address and they have not asked me as well.

My question is how the stake.com team knows that the account has been bought / sold ? is it only based on other users' reports?
It's nothing new I've seen this since last year someone gets an email from stake.com offering a deposit bonus then the offer is sold to another user, I'm sure he has more than one account.

IMO its up to everyone sell or buy some account, but when this situation comes up just don't begging, cried and other thing. If you buy or sell the account to other people, you must know the responsibility.

I'm still not recommending buying some account, and could be has some potential the account will be hack again from previous owners

$3000 ? That is a joke, My account half way to reach it.
But retiring now as they are starting to ask for documents which makes me uncomfortable.
Not looking to sell it though as i know they will catch you and freeze the account till it worthless.
There is a logs and it is inevitable .

I thought its not a requirement?
I thought the KYC is optional.

Are you being asked to verify or you will be locked out from the site?
If that is the case and it will become a requirement I will probably move to another site that doesnt make the KYC Portion a requirement.

I don't think reports can help stake to identify which accounts being sold or not, since we can't sure which account has been sold because most of the reason for selling/buying gambling account only to earn bigger rakeback, refferal, or faucet amount (if that site has faucet feature)
Actually, Stake probably has some anti-cheat measures in place to tackle these situations. They have a ton of experience dealing with scammers in the crypto gambling world through Primedice and Stake which is why I am pretty sure about this.

They might be able to trace the legitimacy of your account through your IP address etc. If they smell something suspicious, they could even ask you to submit KYC documents.

I've seen some users who claimed to have "Platinum" account and he is selling it, I would like to ask if it's allowed to sell stake accounts? If not what could be the consequences of it?

Definitely not.

If you buy or sell any account on stake all you will get is account banned.
Thanks for clarification because few days back I have also few scammers sending messages about this with many benefits but now its all clear its against the rule and we can lost funds and account.
Buying or selling account is againts with the rules on every gambling sites. None of site allowed their participant to do that with any reason.

I am using vpn because stake.com has been blocked in my country and I can be sure my IP is always changing.

There are two official mirror sites of Stake if you do not want to use VPN. First is stake.games and the new one is stake.bet (announced on telegram few hours ago)

My question is how the stake.com team knows that the account has been bought / sold ? is it only based on other users' reports?

There must be a security system to detect ownership changing but for sure reports from other users can help Stake as well. It is not something worth to do buy account as the risk of getting banned is so high. The only one who get the benefit is the seller as he get the money, once the seller get the money from the buyer then he wont care about the account anymore.
