I just also see it. I think they need KYC to know your adress for sending out the box.

this site is becaoming shady every passing day. sites ask for kyc just so they can tell u , hey we are not paying you because u are gambling from a country that bans gambling. no crypto gambling site should ask a player for kyc

BTW you can always check your profit stats. Just ask to their live support and they will show it to you whenever you want. As far as I know they have removed profit stats for user welfare. Many gambler become nervous and and loss their confidence while they see their profit stats is negative. Maybe there is some other reason too.
