Almost everyone who participated in that campaign faced the same issue. The campaign never lasted for 40 days and hence no one was able to get the full 100$ bonus. But that's history now because the campaign is already ended and those who appealed for it, did not got any favorable response either.
I dont think it will damage Stake, there must be something like miscommunication on this offer. The mistake in this case is that bitedge as the affiliation did not write this term on his website so anyone who participating are expecting to have full 40 days reload and do not know that the offer may stop at anytime. Other mistake is that bitedge is not even replying to those who are complaining.
