New multiplayer game slide is now live!

It looks nice and I think it is the multiplayer version of limbo but there is no fixed starting payout. It uses like sliding cards with payout number on it. The rules says that the max payout target is 1,000,000 but as I can see there are some players tries to hunt for more than that max payout target. I did try myself and I able to set the payout target as 100,000,000x. Since the maximum result is infinite and you allow us to set target payout more than 1,000,000x, does it mean that if someone play with 100,000,000 and win it then the player will get 1,000,000x of his bet amount due to the stated rules? If so, it is better to give a limit on that payout target so players wont be able to set target payout more than 1,000,000x.

Hello, when will the ESL moneyback promo end?

I see ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: Southeast Asia will start today but it's not there in your sportsbook. Will you provide this tournament?
With more ESL online tournaments in the near future I don't think their ESL promo will end anytime soon.

You can probably forward that to their support but i'm not sure if they could put those markets up in time. And from what i've seen in the past few weeks or so their esport lines aren't always up to date which is frustrating since you could sometimes miss out on the early odds.

Sometimes there is a problem with the server side and client side, some stuff are server sided as obviously, but some stuff like images for example could be cookies that put on your computer to load faster next time etc. I think this is regarding that, I wouldn't know because I am not the developer myself so someone from the stake company should answer this, but I had the same error and it was mainly images that was the problem, everything that had a function was working properly and I could click stuff and I could even gamble, yet when it comes to seeing things, all the imagines was broken.

So, I think this is more about stake trying to load and failing to load one part of the website that has the images part, and be able to load the other function parts properly.

Thanks Katarina, no problem for the delay, I did eventually get a more useful response from Support. And yes, I suppose one must abide. I'll be in touch with support again at some point. A bit of a shame if there's really no way to remain a player as I've been with you guys since 2018, the sportsbook was just getting better too!

All best.

Ah, so you've always had the license? Then I guess my next question is, why the enforcement now? Anyway, I have asked support and wasn't able to get a clear answer, which is why I'm trying here. In so many words:
-why now? and;
-I am able to get around the restrictions. But will this affect my ability to access my account and funds at a latter time?

Really hoping to keep Stake-ing!

Hi again. I apologize for my delayed reply. I hope you read in my previous reply which countries are restricted so if you are not from one of them, there will be no issues.

In case you are not a "prohibited area" but you are using a VPN, I would suggest you to turn it off, clear cache and cookies and then give it another try. It should work. Some VPNs are causing trouble since they take IPs from countries that we don't have license for.

If it still doesn't work, please reach us again and we will look further into this. This can be easily solved if your are not from a restricted area listed in our ToS.

In case you are, I am truly sorry, but you will not be able to use our services until further notice. We are strict when it comes to  "getting around" and breaching our ToS so I would advise you not to even try to do it.

Let me know if I can help any further.

Cheers!

Turkandjaydee, that happens when you try to connect to stake from VPN with already not allowed country. I had that plenty of times, I didn't realized why it was doing that and after only months of not really looking to solve it, I figured it was because my VPN was sending me from Netherlands which is illegal, so from a legal country I went to illegal, literally the opposite reason why people use VPN Cheesy.
-snip-
I also get those errors but only when i'm browsing stake in the mobile version I don't know how it keeps triggering but a quick relogin solves the problem for me.

If the error is still there you could try their alternative site maybe that would help.
-snip-
I'm using VPN as well but I do not get that error message once the VPN send me from restricted countries. When it send me from restricted country, the error message is something like "Stake is not available for your region". So I think ther error received by above user is not because he is using VPN.

I think its clearly because of the maintenance that KatarinaS mentioned. The problem was already gone when the maintenance was finished.
I have no problems with availability and connection issues before the maintenance and that is what makes this site the best in terms of access speed for me.

Thank you for all the responses.

What happens to the stake site? It keeps giving me an internal error pop up.

Is it only me or not?

I was just using for security reasons. About the scam, sure when there is wrong odds stake has the right to void bets but I have always found that weird too, that is a rule and we have to accept the rules, but we do not have to respect the rules, if stake has wrong odds, that is their problem, by voiding it you are making your problem our problem as well for no good reason.

Hey there.

We just had a brief maintenance which was finished after a few minutes, so now there are not such issues. In case you are still facing it, please contact us in Live chat.

Hey guys. Checking in here as I tried to login and play today but just got told that your license now doesn't allow me to play from my location. Guess things have moved on from when I first joined, didn't know you even had a license already! Was already prepping for a return to sports, but anyway, just to clarify: this is only a connection based on location, right? Like all the other IP restrictions other casinos have?

Of course we have a license, we have had it since the site was released. As for the restricted areas, you may check our ToS about that: https://stake.com/?modal=terms

"5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or reside in United States, CW, Syrian Arab Republic, Islamic Republic Of Iran, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Australia, Netherlands or France (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted make use of the Service."

If you wish to inquire more about this, please contact us on Live chat or through email: [email protected]

Have a good one!
