It's not just you. It's been down for the past 20 minute or so, they're having a maintenance.

Whenever you have a problem accessing the website, check their discord, you'll find people talking about it if it's not just you.

Oh that's why. Sorry I haven't joined their discord, I only have them in my telegram and they don't have any notification there. Anyway thanks @Omega

@stake I think it would be great if you can alert your players with your notification system perhaps like maintenance is going to start in 15-30 mins or so.

Anyone facing error: "Failed to fetch"? I was in middle of fine run in sportsbet and was about to place on another one when the site suddenly gave me error and since then I have tried everything including deleting cache and so but site doesn't loads properly for me.

Just want to see if it's my internet connection or it's just error from their end.

EDIT: They actually posted about it on Telegram as well: (https://t.me/StakeCasino) It's understandable if you don't about the channel, I remember when I first became VIP, I was only given a link to the VIP notices & the races channel, and nothing else. I only knew about this one recently, when some users mentioned it in the chat.

Easter is getting closed, the whole world is still in not a good situation due to the corona virus, I wonder whether there will be great promotions during Easter or not from Stake since there was a great promo on Christmas. Hope to see a promo like Lucky Easter Egg for all players which contains of coupon code Grin.

That is a bit tricky isn't it? I mean they allow you to actually use VPN and even encourage it, they have that post about which VPN is the best, have absolutely no rules against it and when it comes to KYC you are screwed. So, how is that helping? Stake doesn't make it illegal to gamble on VPN but when you are asked for your KYC and turn out to be somewhere totally different... would they still pay you?

Since vpn is not illegal that sounds like they might still pay you because you CAN do it and its allowed and not in the rules so I suppose you should be allowed, but if it is not allowed, doesn't that make it de facto against the rules, if it is then why not put it in the rules to make it more clear as well? Maybe someone from stake could clear things up a bit.

Probably not. If your region is blocked (by Stake) and/or you have no plans to submit your personal documents (https://stake.com/settings/verify) you probably shouldn't use the site:

Quote
6. Know your Customer (“KYC”)
Stake reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Stake reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

If your country is blocked by your ISP, you can use Stake.games (official mirror site) instead.

@jostorres normally if you need your sports book provider to add a particular game then you need to specify that games name, and therefore I would suggest you to specify what particular game are you looking for so that they can check and add it for you.
Mine was specifically iracing and f1 games, recently Lando Norris was in some game (well he rage quit because he is a kid basically) but that wasn't available if I am not wrong. Maybe I didn't see it.

For the duration of this isolation period there will be more so I can't really name them right now since they are not decided just yet, they get decided couple days before at most and not right now, so we don't know the next couple months ahead like some cs:go or dota games which are already decided and we know the dates. However if stake basically talks about iracing and f1 games to their provider I am sure that provider could offer those games when the time comes and the games are decided.

I can't really check it every single time and learn when they are and come here write about it hoping maybe stake will ask from their provider and that prov... that is just too much work, stake could basically tell the provider to have online racing games and that is basically enough.

Thanks to everyone who participated, lots of great answers!!
Our winner for today is @nuuuitsjdragon!!
Congratulations, keep an eye out on Stake for your prize 🤑
Honestly the prize for this one looks huge, maybe not so much to people who already have a lot of money, but to consider that this is for free and its a giveaway, it is a HUGE amount. I wish I had talent for stuff like this so I could join up as well but I literally have zero photoshop skills so I will leave it to people who are much better than me to try their best and just enjoy the results and check who won and so forth.
Stake has always done huge giveaways, think about all the things they do not have to give and they still do, mainly look at the races for example, they have no reason to do races because people will gamble there no matter what but they still do it, and they give away some part of their house edge while doing it, or maybe they even make a loss during races but make it up from the other times I wouldn't know.

They have always been a great giver, the marketing team may not be as awesome as some of the other ones but they are definitely keen on give money away for one way or another, this one was just too much, whenever you are required to play to get something that is one thing, but when you do not need to spend a single dime yet still make money, that is always huge.

thanks for sharing that limbo guide , i prolly check that out later on .  what i thought the whole time is limbo purely relys on luck and i tried searching for guides online but cant find any of them  and by the way , nice win on that pic .

1eth base bet is huge enough imo and the guy prolly a whale or just a millionaire/billionaire because playing with 100x is already risky as its consider a high payout anymore .  most big bettors that i saw are mainly playing with 2x or lower , just to cut the risk of loosing huge imediately .

Other sportsbooks have started to put in a lot more esports into their systems but from what I see stake hasn't really caught up just yet, I know your sportsbook is brand new and you haven't had the chance to actually make it work because shortly after you guys started your sportsbook there was this pandemic and that is why you are not really prepared, but you have mentioned that you will add in more esports in the future, could you please take a look into it already?
That depends on what their provider is offering, while their esports line aren't the best I still think it's good enough since they have cashouts and very small limits .

Which games are you specifically betting on? I've checked other sportsbooks to see what games they were missing and it doesn't seem there's much of a difference except for some online hockey(NHL) and markets like the alternate handicaps and totals.

@jostorres normally if you need your sports book provider to add a particular game then you need to specify that games name, and therefore I would suggest you to specify what particular game are you looking for so that they can check and add it for you.

It does seem to be lucky to be using ethereum on there. As you can see from the screen below the one who has been winning alot on the site had been using this for their bets.

They were doing these type of bets several times as they won three consecutive 24 hours races in a row!. Smiley
From around 150 dollars each, that bet is literally 4.5k dollars to bet, and when he won it was 40.5k profit as well.

I don't know how deep his pocket is but honestly it is obvious that this dude has absolutely no fear at all and is quite bored at staying at home as a rich person so he wanted to just have some fun.

I am pretty sure if you are gambling this high you must be a rich person, if you are poor first of all you will not have 4.5k to gamble, no poor person has that kind of money, but lets assume you do not consider yourself rich, just good enough, even in that case you can't keep doing this forever, so you will run out of money, which means you HAVE TO be rich to do this.

Secondly you have to be equally brave and stupid as well, because after a while that kind of money becomes so much to gamble that whatever we end up saying he might return with "its my money I can do whatever I want with it" so I am not going to judge but oh come on! amount seriously.

I do not want to deal with the hassle of withdrawing from here to go to another place and start gambling there all over again, I already do have an account with just one other place and right now that is where I have been gambling mostly and just keeping my bankroll here staying still because I couldn't find anything I liked so far.
