Anyone else feel like the challenges are really really hard? I can see a lot of people posting it in forums of course,,, but I have not yet won. Just only come close haha. I am not complaining of course,,, I believe if my computer and internet were faster I would be less frustrated!

Anyway, a lot of giveaways happening everywhere now. Christmas is good for gamblers;)

challenges are called challenges for a reason Smiley
sometimes they are more difficult , but most times they are doable , just need patience and time
of course , this is not charity and they are barely EV+ for you , but usually still are
the idea behind the challenges is both give back to the community and make sure gamblers know the games and get engaged
challenges always had that "it looks too difficult to achieve" look but then there has always been tons of people who claim the prizes at the forums. I mean there must be some people (I can't give a number) that as soon as seeing the challenge they have enough money to dive right into it and try their best OR the best case scenario is that they are using a bot and putting these challenges into the bot and as soon as the bot manages to hit any challenge at all the bot stops and notifies them and they go ahead and claim the reward for it. Otherwise there is no way in hell something so difficult for manually gambling to be claimed this many times by people.

Yeah, there could be few people who gets lucky but 20+ people claiming something very very difficult means they must be using some third party software for it.

I have never truly seen a max bet on stake or even primedice. They don't make that an official thing they notice to everyone. I personally never really tried the max bet since I never had that type of money before. 51 bitcoin was capable of being wagered which means that is 51 bitcoin is not really a max bet.

If you want we could maybe reach to support and ask them what the maximum bet for the sportsbook is and maybe it is same as all other places and I have seen 60-70 bitcoin in max bets. The reality is 99.99% of all people who gamble here will never even attempt to reach those levels since noone has that kind of money. Very very few people have that much money and even less people with that much money want to gamble with it.

I'm 99% certain that 51 BTC was a max bet on that outcome. There's no other reason someone would go to 8 decimal places other than because they pressed the "Max Stake" button as they wanted to bet as much as possible. Bet limits will vary by event and odds so there is no fixed max bet that support can tell you.

You don't even have to ask support, it's literally right there.

This was the hot topic from the past few days. The guy was sure lucky, there are rumors that it was the banker who bet 51 btc since the max limit for betting in sports was only 10 btc (not sure though). Whatever the truth, congratulations to that guy. He rocks! My bets in sports were lames so I really admire the guy.

So yeah, IMO this doesn't really pass the sniff test. Not saying house put the bet in their system to create PR, but for a new sportsbook to take a 30+btc win bet on a single line (not a parlay even), is highly unusual. Especially considering they must have a very shallow data pool in which to qualify that player for higher limits. Usually you get higher limits by proving that you will make profit for the betting site. I don't see how they could know that about any of their sports players at the moment ...

But they're not brand new in the crypto gambling world and they must have a big bankroll from their casino and dice, so who knows, maybe they were crazy enough to take that bet.

Where you get that information from? Limits have been higher than 10 BTC (or at least before today since it seems limits went down) on a lot of games. The 51 BTC is definitely a max bet on that outcome since it's 51.xxxxxxxx BTC and not a flat number.

Just saw this nutty 51 BTC bet being placed on the sportsbook. Can Everton get through Leicester City to give this guy a pay day?

Just looking at that bet is pretty nuts maybe he is one out on the field  Grin

guess who's back

(I don't know if penalties goes for the bet but in any case both teams scored).

penalties and goals scored in over time don't count in these bets , overtime in soccer usually have separate markets for betting

Right now, with these prices dude managed to bet 330 thousand dollars or so and managed to make 546 thousand dollars with the bet (but a profit of 220k or so) which is insane to think about. I personally bet at most 0.001 on a game once, that was literally my biggest bet, to see people who bet this much on games are exciting.

it was indeed crazy and I have never seen anything similar , but today in stake sports chat it seems everyone is talking about having smaller limits so not sure if this win made stake review the limits that they are offering for their gamblers
according to the chat we may never see a big bet like this happen in the future

He actually just needs both teams to score Smiley

Yeah but I automatically know Leicester can score for this game Tongue it's just up to if Everton can also score. Cause I mean Leicester are one of the best in the leagues at this moment while Everton is not. I just can't see Everton scoring for this match, but I'm guessing the bettor sees something I don't and think they both can score.

If the market is open might even bet on the score to be 2:1 since he says both will score xD
I guess if you ever want to gamble on a game with "both teams to score" that was literally the best one to bet on. There was literally 10 FREACKING goals in that game. It is seriously 2-2 for the game and with penalties (I don't know if penalties goes for the bet but in any case both teams scored). So, it wasn't a "safe bet" for sure but it turned out to be a good game to bet it on.

WOW! Thats a sick win from the guy 33 BTC win that will always be incredible. Congrats to the guy I guess Tongue
A huge in for this big nerve gambler not sure if how confident he was betting to this not with the ML but for both teams to score and he made it and grab 33 BTC in a single bet. What a huge profits especially for someone who's residing inside third world countries. But this gambler didn't mind risking 55 BTC
and runaway with a huge profits. Good job also to Stake for catering this huge amount of bet.

I just came across  the link which shows you can earn on stake forum. Has anyone tried this and earning for pay per post ?

At any point between 30-50 posts, you will start earning satoshi for your contribution, based on the value rating set in the evaluation period. The amount of potential satoishi you can receive per post or topic, is determined by your value rating. The cap for a single topic is 2,500 satoshi and for a single post is 1,000. Most users during the initial ranks of the forum will have a reduced potential intake, therefore the more you contribute the higher your payout.

Quoting to display the 51 btc bet  Smiley
i really feel surprise how people take too much risk in betting. A loss would mean a 51 BTC loss.  Shocked

So far this guy is loosing his 51 BTC. 40min more to play and Leicester is leading with 2 goals Smiley

I'm watching (reading) this game right now on https://www.skysports.com/football/everton-vs-leicester/live/421168

HE WON !!!

At one point it seems he will lose the bet but lucky the goals at the end helped him won the bet and also 33 Bitcoins. Many peple were following this bet and happy to see him win.
Is there anyone here who have bet more than 1 BTC and lost that bet at stake ?

One of the craziest bet i have seen in sports betting sites and the biggest i have ever seen or known in public, this is in fact a crazy huge bet and even when the prize of bitcoin was really low i would not dare to wage a bet like that Cheesy. Good to see that he won that bet and what is the biggest limit for a match in Stake.
This is a crazy huge amount to bet on a sport event and i have seen people betting huge in stake and prime in the casino but this is something new and it was a cool bet but the suspense was much better as he had to wait till the second round for both teams to score and everyone who saw that bet was looking anxiously along with him and he won a cool couple hundred thousand dollars for taking a risk like that.
Who ever it may be, i hope you wont bust all playing these huge ones  Smiley.

In dice where your luck is decided in milliseconds by one roll, mostly by server seeds, I think it's really hard to bet high amounts of bitcoin so easily and 50 bitcoin is really high amount, he is very brave to risk that much and I'm glad luckily he won.
Btw if anyone knows, that's the max bet and wins on stake? I couldn't find FAQ page there and it wasn't written on elsewhere (and are max bet/wins the same on stake and on primedice or this last one offers higher limits because of being dedicated to dice?).
