wow i love how much you aginst logic. instead of using logic you use bs.

theres so many things wrong with this story its not funny

first the would have withdrawls the .031

second they would not have bet the exacat same amount as i did before and double till they lost on same game at same time

no you know the chance someone does that ?
its so small its a joke if someone really had hacked my account there is no chance they would not withdrawl

theres no chance they would do exact same bet as me as same time then just doudlbe up untill i lost because thagts only good for the caisno

are people gulliable???

like really just think about it stakes only thing is they have a good rep so they must be telling the truth?

lol when it such a bs story its not funny

and it was not not the first story

or even the second story they told me

first they tired to say i made the bets

then they said i must have clicked auto bet byaccident antoher impossible thing if you know anything about stake

now the cliam someone hacked it and i agree if someone did and stole my money it would be my fault

but thats not what happened because there is sevral reasons it bs

How much did you lose by this accident? Is it a huge amount that makes it is worth for Stake to steal your money like your accusation against them? I watched your video but I cant see it as a proof since it is just a video after you lose all your balance. CMIIW
Sorry to say but I do not think it is worth for Stake to steal your money.

Hey, Bitinity. Smiley

I would say that no balance is worth ruining our years-long reputation, no matter the amount.

When we make a mistake, we say it and do everything we can to make things right, but in this case, the mistake was not on our side so unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about the lost funds.

It doesn't look like a "scam", usually what a scam suggests is the fact that stake would want to steal your money without having the intention to pay you back. This looks more like a technological error at best, which you could claim is not your fault and I would get it but at the same time its vastly different from a scam as well.

What stake should do about this is an internal investigation about why would a player can play at slots and baccarat at the same time which normally shouldn't be available, however I have never tried to open stake on two tabs and try to bet on the different games at the same time. Maybe, just maybe you could open it up on two different tabs and gamble on two different games as well? If that is possible this looks a lot worse for the accuser and not stake.

i agree i did not think they where a scam i dont understand i want a reponse from someone higher up not random support

because why would they scam for 350usd lol.

but still its pretty obvouis something happened i think its a tech error

Then don't call them a scam. People work hard to keep a casino running in fair way and such "false accusations" are not the way to ask for response.
I also don't believe that there's a tech error on their side, otherwise other players would have encountered this issue as well. That something happened is indeed obvious, but I think that's on your side (hacked account or device).

Ouch, Stake is down for maintenance. How long its been down for maintenance and how long it will be back online? It must be an unscheduled maintenance because I do not find early announcement here in this thread but I did not check the forum and telegram or twitter. Hope it will be back soon.
It looks like good to me they are up and running right now.
I think it might have just been your connection since they doesn't have any announcement for a maintenance.
And they would surely post it here if they ever had an emergency maintenance on their platform.

Indeed it is running as usual now but It was not my connection problem, I'm quite sure it was down for maintenance. If it was my connection then I would not get a notification like "Stake is down for maintenance, will be back soon"
It seems it was down for adding the new feature "self-exclusion" and "cooling off period" as what informed through email some time ago.
These type of maintenance downs usually do not take too much time, if you try it again and again for 10 minutes you usually will get to see it is working properly after a while. However, it would be great if there was a notification before it happens and an update log of what has changed with the new one would be lovely, normally this is not done by the website industry for some reason whenever they make a change, whereas gaming industry literally made this the norm, whenever a game gets a new update you see them both notifying the gamblers beforehand on the upcoming update but also after the update they share an update log of what has changed as well. I cannot really blame stake for not doing it like that because that is the way web industry just is and has always been.

I was rolling dice for a while and got stressed. Then I decided to play auto for a while. I don't know why my PC got crashed. I didn't check the balance before, nor I can remember the history as I played with same payout. What happened to my rolling?
When later I logged in, I got a notification like "Something went wrong". I am not a regular gambler, nor I used play the auto bet.

Hello, what is threshold at which stake decides to ask the customer for KYC. The way I see it, the small fish do not get asked for KYC?

Also, who at stake gets to see the documents sent in, the support team or someone else?

Thanks

Hello,

We generally never ask users for KYC unless we are almost 100% sure he is abusing or cheating in some way.

It rly does not depend on your profit or amount you are withdrawing.

If we ask for KYC in rare occasions we did documents will be handled by myself and only myself. I cant remember last time we asked for KYC it was very long time ago.

We do have storage for KYC information up to all standards required.

But again we won't ask you for KYC depending on your profit or withdrawals.

Hopefully this answers your question.

Cheers.

Always good to hear stuff like this. Many in the industry attempt to use this to bully people out of their winnings if they're unwilling or unable to provide the documentation requested. That's in addition to me not wanting to send my ID to some random bookie in the middle of nowhere.

Smiley Stake.Com is Great and so is PD

In my opinion I think the entire way that the crypto exchanges and services do KYC is wrong and should be actually done by a 3rd party instead. Look at how many exchanges in the past did shady things and imagine how the KYC'd customers feel about their info being out there?

What bitcoin exchanges and services should do is something where the actual verification is taken by a trusted company and that company actually keeps all the private info and the actual site like Stake.com in this matter wouldn't actually see these documents unless deemed necessary. This would eliminate alot of the liability reasons and fear of getting personal information leaked online somewhere.

I think if BTC price keeps rising and adoption keeps rising then we will eventually maybe one day see this happen. Then people wouldn't be so scared of KYC as much.
