If you are sure about your part that you haven't broke their TOS you should ask them for the proof of the said multiple accounts or whatever else they're accusing you of, then if they refuse to do that for whatever reason that would be obvious that the website is just making up excuses to not let you withdraw the funds that is rightfully yours, unfortunately you are not the first person that have problem withdrawing after winning big amount on a casino website which adds to the suspicion.

I hope the issue will be solved soon since Stake and Primedice both have a good reputation in this forum but if it's not solved I would suggest you to provide all the proof in this topic of the deposits and any other stuff that is related to this case and also all the answers you got from their support.

owlcatz, I would have considered you to be more knowledgeable about what you post than this. Sad

The site being talked about by the OP is stake.com, I am sure you have heard about primedice and stake is their sister site now owned by the same people and run by the same team with minor differences. The one you posted is a different thing.

OP, if you have already talked to the support team there must have been some sort of breaking of TOS that you are not revealing from your side. Till now stake has been known to be well reputed casino along with primedice and its owners are well known here. They have upheld all withdraws and fixed any disputes professionally.

If you want to make your accusation genuine add some of the chat screenshots of the support team so everyone can know what you were up to. Roll Eyes

My apologies dear sir, I didn't really have much time to spend on researching that site, it was just the first hit on google for "sitename scam" lol... Roll Eyes

In all actuality, I did not know about the primedice part, sorry - I don't gamble bitcoins anymore and it's illegal here anyhow. Tongue

Good luck OP... Unless you broke the TOS which seems to be the case du jour around here lately. Roll Eyes
It understandable and even if it not illegal there you cant possibly know everything.

I wrote some other guy here, name is MICRO.
Be careful of who you send PM about this issue and if the person can speak to you openly in this thread i will advise you to stop the conversation.

_snip_

By the way, I just deposited 1$ in my account and deposits still work.
So in other words, the block me and I cant withdraw but they accept deposits. Maybe my account was blocked yesterday already as well when I made my deposit. This is a scam for me.

Because sending BTC to your deposit address basically cannot be prevented (even though they have disabled the deposit page though). Maybe the server can exclude your deposit address but it will need to overhaul some of their codes to blacklist your address to automate the central wallet and it will take time and your BTC will still be stuck in the deposit address. So, stop trying to send again to that address because it can still receive as much of your BTC as it will forever.

what benefit would multi accounts have on this site?
This can be the answer https://forum.stake.com/topic/23954-statusreason-for-banning-multi-account-is/

Good luck getting back your funds, OP.

The deposit page is not disabled. Betting is not disabled as well. Only thing disabled is withdrawing.

ALso the forum post does not help one bit.
The words block mean you are blocked from making withdraw. However, you have havent provide any proof of all your accusation and you also don't report the accusation in the right format which is below.

The problem is, how do you prove that?
Those sites can accuse you of whatever they want. What can I do? I sent my ID. Well thats great. What else could I do, absolutely nothing.

Also, what benefit would multi accounts have on this site? None.

And like scammed-by-nitro shared, obviously it is allowed to have "accounts", not just an "account". Why else would they write about that on their site?

Still I dont care about this rule since I only have this one account which I used for personal betting.
It must be the fact that this account is winning.

Stake.com has a forum called forum.stake.com try contacting admins there. I am sure your withdrawal will be processed if everything is fair from your side.
Haven't played there much except recently and they have honored me well, they even paid me some good amount of bounties for disclosing serious bugs.

It's their forum I prefer OP posting it here but he can decide if he wants to post there, the amount is not that big compared to the Cloudbet recent issues, and again another classic multi-account scenario, if you can prove that you only have one account I don't see any reason why they should not allow you to withdraw.

The classic multiple accounts accusation. Been there done that.

Nitro tried to pull the same shit on me this year.

What I think is funny is this part from their responsible gaming rules.

So on the 1 hand they say no multiple accounts and here they clearly speak of multiple accounts, what seems to be no problem. Very confusing.

https://imgur.com/a/qkh5WmF

The fact that you can still deposit and play all games is also very alarming. Guess they want u to punt it all off.

Haha, I didn't even see that. Thanks for sharing. I mean like I said, I only have this 1 account so it makes no sense. But what you posted here is very interesting and really does not make any sense at all. Not more than 1 account, and here they clearly speaking of cooling off phase for "your account, or accounts" . Well well well.

I dont see what a forum or forum admin would have to do with a stake account.  Huh

Those are 2 different matters.

Anyway, still no reply from this ridiculous support although I sent my documents 5min after they finally replied.
I do not see what sending documents will bring in the first place. Nobody sends documents to stake so what would be the benefit of that. Obviously my documents do not exist in their system. VIP Host doesnt want to help as well, same old.

Of course I just sent them my ID and all this bs, 5min after I got the email.

And I am frm Germany, it is not blocked.

By the way, I just deposited 1$ in my account and deposits still work.

I just went through older chats and found the first vip achievement message.

If I had multiple accounts for whatever reason, wouldn't I have known what bronze vip is? Didn't even know about the vip system when I regged.

1 more thing I just discovered. So I am blocked, but I can deposit and ALSO, I can play casino and the sportsbook also still accepts bets. WTF??  They want me to deposit and keep playing but wont pay out , that cant be right.

I believe they mean you broke this part of their TOS:

Code:
5. Prohibited Uses

PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

So did you or did you not complete your KYC as was instructed by the support team? If you havent, they cant help any further.

Since your account was suspected to be breaking the above point, that is the only way for them to confirm this and allow you to proceed with wagering again.

Hello,

We have frozen your account because we have reason to believe that this account is guilty of breaching our terms of service as stated under item number 5.1. Please see https://stake.com/policies/terms for further reference. Anonymity is important to us, but multi-accounting is something we take very seriously.

Can you complete the KYC process by sending us a picture of your ID and picture of you holding that ID and piece of paper with your username and today's date? Please provide those documents within the next 24 hours.

Regards,
Stake"

Like I said I am on this site for only 3 weeks. I made several deposits and withdrawals. I did nothing wrong and this came out of the blue.

It's in the tos that you agreed to when making the account. Odds are you're from a banned country and someone reported you for it. You may have said signing in the chat to that effect as well. If you're not from a prohibited country complete your kyc and there will be no issue. Even if you are in breach of the tos they will still allow you to withdraw your coin before shutting your account down completely.
With the introduction of third party games Stake has been cracking down on players from prohibited countries. The amount you have won isnt high enough for them to decide to do kyc. I personally have withdraw $17,000 in one instant withdraw.
Best of luck.

Edit
After reading the message again, perhaps the kyc has to do something with other than the country you're from. Says something about multi accounting. Either way, just provide the kyc.

1 more thing I just thought of:

they didnt even contact me about it. No email, no message, nothing. I had to contact them after I could not withdraw. Imagine if I would have made a deposit today this money would have been stuck as well. This angers me even more!
