The graphic says 100 stars per minute, and yet the the specs say 30 sec block time with 100 block reward.  So specs are implying 200 regular block reward per minute.  So which one is correct?

Had that problem with my linux daemon. Easiest solution is to add noirc=1 to your config file (or pass it on the command line). That will skip the IRC issue. Then make sure you have added hosts as mentioned in this thread.

I am unable to use this coin wallet client due to internal routing thur a Irc network that i somehow got a 30 day ban --28 days ago and just discovered tonight. I have requested from Rizon , the ban information regarding hosts compromised and appealed the banning even though it will be over in 2 more days. If you are having issues syncing up, this could also be your reason as well.

Hi, first stop the daemon
then go to the folder where you have the .conf file, and look for a peers.dat file.
Delete ONLY the peers.dat file , BE CAREFUL NOT TO DELETE THE WALLET!!!.
Add these nodes only (they are currently working for me)
        addnode=70.98.114.229
        addnode=54.212.51.236
        addnode=64.120.17.150
        addnode=37.229.117.57
        addnode=188.81.215.232
        addnode=68.103.6.158
        addnode=24.6.21.198
        addnode=192.241.216.26

then start the daemon again
