It looks like there is some type of major chain reorganization happening. All the Daemons and clients I am running/started have CPU pinned at 100%. I am now in the process of a complete database rebuild on the explorer to get an idea of what is happening.
To be sure you get your coins, I am going to send you 7 GPL out of my personal wallet (It looks like you are owed a little over 6 GPL) as soon as it syncs up.
Dream, did you just need to redownload the chains? Both my personal wallet and the wallet in the exchange server are not completely syncing. They are at 100% CPU. I can see that the block explorer is back up. What did you have to do to get it working?
Also thanks for the official Darsek update. Nice job!!
Yes, I believe there may have been a small fork in the chain. This will not be uncommon with a 30 second coin until more people start mining it.
Though miners may lose some coins if they are mining on the orphan chain. Nobody loses coins in transactions because transactions on the orphan chain never happened on the main chain, so ones wallets will show the balances that were there Pre-fork +- the transactions on the main chain when it finds the proper chain.
Normally this will happen automatically, but the GPL network is not very big and it can take a bit for the couple of clients on the orphan chain to realize they are on the orphan chain. Once the network gets bigger this should happen much less often and clients should be able to detect orphan chains more quickly.
