Glad we are getting somewhere but can anyone provide settings for 7970's please

That's because your settings are too aggressive. Try lower I, higher mem clock, and lower thread counts. You'd actually get better results and more GPLs.

trying I10 and 1000/1250, it show up in miner 8.8kh/s now, seem better then before, will waiting pool speed to verify.

thanks unfocus.

Use Coinbase Account almosanywhere with Shift card
That screen shot is my 7770 getting 2K I10 and overclocked.

the Harlant github is exactly i need, the cpu miner with scrypt-jane and stratum.
just get it up and mining. my 64 cores server show 6.14kh/s, not bad.

64 cores!

thanks unfocus, my 7970 showup in the pool only 1kh/s, that's discouraged  Undecided

Use the CPU miner from Dream's git repo:  https://github.com/Hartland/GPL-CPU-Miner

The hash rates that you guys are talking about are way too high for 7950 and 7970. The N factor has gone up quite a bit, and you should be getting single digit or low two digit hash rates.

I too was getting 60+, but turn debugging on and you'd see how much junk it creates. You'd need to check the effective hash rate at the pool. The good news is that since everyone's effective hash rate go down a lot, the difficulty is kept low. Still this is a tough coin to mine, and it's getting harder with time. Eventually it's going to be just CPU coin.

See this thread: http://scificointalk.com/index.php/topic,6.msg1109.html#msg1109
The best setting for 8950 (basically OEM 7950) is 22k and that's with I 10 and memory clock 1850, and I cannot get that myself.
Try lower intensity with higher memory clock, since with increasing N factor, its more and more memory intensive.

Good luck..

ok as dream's gplcoin.com pool. it point to this one https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.654850
i try that pooler_cpuminer thing too, but sadly this one does not support for scrypt-jane, so mining process will present totally rejected.

then i try this one https://github.com/ali1234/cpuminer, that has scrypt-jane support, but sadly this one seem does not have stratum support
ok then i end up with mining_proxy with this one. Mining running but not any accepted, the pool say that worker does not connected....

then i give up with cpu that mining for scrypt-jane  Undecided

using ybcminer with --Nfmin 4 --Nfmax 30 --StartT 1377557867 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256,
it usually get 500-600 kh/s before when i still can solo for a while.
well that could be right for hash don't forget it's a cpu coin with a cgminer hack to mine it with GPU if i'm not correct someone chime in

hi MobGod, which cpuminer that can be use to mine this coin?
From my understanding you need to use the one provided

does anyone mining GPL atm? how many kh/s do you guys have when mining on gplcoin.com?
i'm using AMD 7970 but only get 68kh/s, is that ok?

I have my problem child 7950 pointed at the GPL pool. It under performs at 37 gh/s. It had a bad fan that I replaced w/ another used one and I'm thinking of redoing it's thermal paste soon. Normally I think it should be between 50-60 gh/s.

Thanks for the nodes Thrash, seems I'm still loosing connection though. It had connected to those 3 but I'm stuck at block 164797 and not showing connections. Think I'll redownload the blockchain for the hell of it.

Hi, I'm trying to update my UFC blockchain but it seems I have no connections. Can anyone please list some nodes? I'm using version 1.55. Thanks.

Try these:

addnode=84.200.17.249
addnode=198.199.100.216
addnode=108.185.76.42
