It's up to us of course because we own the tokens we save in our wallet.
For now, It's not a good time to buy, I see the volume is very low in hitbtc and honestly I was not able to actively follow this project
despite I am investing a little in this.

I want to ask when we will be able to transfer our tokens from the bounty page, this is one of the longest running ICO in the space and is finanlly over, it will be good to know the instructions to withdrawal our tokens to our wallet

It can not be called even active market seeing the volume and number of exchanges where it is listed. In February it saw all time high $1.79 before and after that it has one direction downwards. In short term is doesn't meet the expectations of any kind of investors. But what future holds will decide next moves of developers and management team behind this project.

what ? where do you see that Starbase has come out successfully ??
actually there is no eveidence at all that this project will come out one day because Swiss institution need to accept it and they are waiting months and months for that shit without being sure they will get accepted.
If you are talking about market and speculation there is 0 speculation because daily trading volume is less than 100$

Don't judge the project immediately after shuffle in markets. Startbase has come out successfully and this is what traders and small investors watch for speculation. If you have read well about the project you should be long on this without caring about small change sin price periodically.

Big exchange does not guarantee a rise in prices. It may only increase volume in daily trading. I think what is needed if want to increase prices is marketing and product/project development to attract big investor.

And in my opinion the project has all reasons to make success in the future. As I think now a little early to criticize and draw premature conclusions, from start of time passed it is possible to tell not so much. And support of community here very good. So I think everything it will be in the future good with the project.

why a big exchange would like to add it if there is no progress, we are waiting for months for some permission and not even sure we will get it one day..

There will not be much change. For a long time, there has been no progress. If we continue to wait, it depends on whether the team can really develop.
