not quite.. I was talking about main stream adoption. Max coin and all others including Bitcoin itself has not achieved that.
You guys are clueless but sure have an awful lot of opinions, but you all fail at seeing step one: the painfully obvious.

Why do you think Bitcoin rocketed up to over $1,000 a coin ?
Because it *seemed like main stream adoption was picking up and it was getting to be a household name etc etc.
BUT !
It ground to a halt and went in severe decline with masses of people abandoning the crypto scene.

My town had the 2nd BTC ATM in the world (First being Vancouver Canada)

You guys spewing bs about Altcoins fail hard at reality.
Your first goal is to reach parity with Bitcoin itself in all metrics of success.
You need to get your favorite Altcoin to at least be a failure like Bitcoin is, then surpass it LOL
None of you have in any way in the slightest come close to reaching Bitcoins level ..not even close !
And you proclaim this and that coin is going to be great but you can't even compete with a failure currency called Bitcoin.. truly hilarious LOL

I was just talking to a random guy the other day and he heard of the name Bitcoin
and all he had heard about it was it was something to do with buying crack and AK47's and ordering Hits on people.
other than that he had NO CLUE what so ever what it is.
He was surprised I told him I made money with it.. his first thought was what middle man for murders ? selling meth ?
I was like no.. it can be traded on exchanges like on the US Stock Exchange and... used as a currency with retailers.
He had no idea of any of that at all !
And he sure as hell isn't the only one either.. anyone I talk to I get the same comprehension level of what Bitcoin etc is and what it's used for.
And that is Bitcoin itself captain Popular the household name in the scene.

14 backers betting $500K isn't really assuring or any indication of interest.  It probably just means the inner circle of Startcoin, which includes multi-millionaires like Russel Brand, are investing into their own project and get to keep their money.

As for that guy who is saying 1000% ROI in 6 months - that just looks downright like another Max Coin / PayCoin.

if you think this way then maxcoin or megacoin already succeed but it don't. like you said most guys don't care and maxkeiser have no backing, he's just a laughing stock and everyone know it. they could invest their money into the coin but they don't, they rather take money out from dumb small investors little by little included maxcoin and megacoin. after maxcoin, megacoin and startcoin they will starting more coins, till they sucks almost all dumb suckers btc, little by little.

I think the value in Max's backing is the potential for people to make money off his advice.
and face it.. most guys don't care if it smells like a Ponzi/Pyramid scheme (if it puts profit in their pocket)
I barely heard of him before way back years ago and who was his older fan base ?

Have they got anyone lined up to start operating a service using one? Merely having an ATM for a coin is not going to increase its value unless businesses are prepared to operate them. Franko coin has an ATM but I don't think any businesses provide any services using it, and its done nothing to increase Franko coin's value.
