anyone know any way to get free stella? already tried and not quite got nothing.

At the moment you can buy them , or   you can also provide some web service ( writer , dev etc... ) and ask  stellar as method of payment.

When I try to send:
Quote
Unable to find a path to send 125 STR to gDmjG9XJuMHXzaUKJJx2HBAyEEJnof5EeT

Because you've to leave in your wallet 45 STR minimum  Wink . so  you can send  125-45 = 80 STR ( better 79 ) .

When I transferred my stellar to poloniex I was asked to leave 20 stellar in my wallets, both on stellar wallet and on poloniex one, and now on poloniex there is stil the advice of the 20 stellar "...in order to reserve the address.....".

From what I can get that amount will not be rised to 45 for that address but I will be asked 45 stellars to reserve a new address: am I right on this?

Stellar is popular with the private funds and the wealthy investors.  Wealthy investors think if they throw bags of money at Stellar then it will result in bags of money, classic rich man's ponzi scheme.

Eventually, much like Ripple, it will sizzle when the rich investors realize that the masses aren't lining up to dump their life savings into an American corporate centralized coin that can be raided by a FBI swat team and shut down in an afternoon like Napster.

As for the developer stuff - I hope you're kidding, that's Mastercoin syndrome all over again.  Mastercoin was the first coin to publicize their developer's identities and nothing came out of it.   There's even $hitcoins doing their PoD (proof of developer) now.  It's a red flag if they have to market a personality cult.

Stellar / Ripple / Ethereum / Mastercoin / Maidsafe = Suckerberg coins.  Coins which spam obscure news article websites, social media and have private funds investing in them, attract huge IPOs and/or investors and then fail / stagnate in the end due to being unable to capture the public's imagination.

As for the price gain - it's 100 billion coins and they still have 98.5 billion to release - they can release coins all day (to themselves under pseudonyms) to inflate the capitalization but the price itself changes little, only the capitalization changes.

Stellar-division of Ripple learnt a few tricks from its' father division of Ripple.

Joke is on you if you think Stellar is a different company, it's not.  It's standard operating practice to create subsidiary / puppet companies to promote different products.
