I am sure STR will recover, but if it gets below 400 sats then it will take at least 3-4 months to recover to 1000 sats again and only if nothing bad happens

i think it's because of bug, it's still not patched...The bug was fixed ages ago. The post linked below says "Stellar responded by correcting the bug and communicating with their users. tfPartialPayments is no longer supported by Stellar."

Why would you hope that? Giveaway attracts more user to the ecosystem which is good for the coin. You probably would not be interested in the Stellar if there was no giveaway, the same applies to others.

Kraken put STR/BTC pair again for trading so I think that it was patched.

why now stellar always error?
I invited someone from one of the invites I received and they didn't like his fb account, And it was a 3 year old account, verified and with huge activity. I think they are not giving out any stellars anymore.
