Surely there are scams out there and if investors are not careful, they can loose a lot of money in scams. Invest only an amount that you have no problem in loosing. Scamers are getting smarter and smarter. Stay safe guys!

Of course I believe. Now is the golden period of ICO. Each project shows a profit. Remember September of October - then even good projects could show a minus. Now is a very good time

Yes. I still believe in ICO's capabilities as long as the ICO you joined is reliable, authentic and promising. You just need to know which ICO to choose and be sure not to be fooled by fake ones. Also, choose an ICO that interests you the most.

There is no point in trusting or not trusting ICO. Since this is just a way or format of interaction between market participants. It is necessary to analyze the projects and build a trust line on this basis.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

ICO is very much  essential we didn't discourage for the time ICO was failed to their campaign, remember for the past when we are a J.R MEMBER to Legendary, ICO was number supplier of a lot of token for us  and just earning through exchanging to money, right? we have to appreciate what they have to  gave us. we are very thankful for them because of their support for financial when we are start for nothing.
yep, ico is more profitable than speculations and save more time and energy, but its hard to find and participate in good projects, mostly we can only but those good projects on the second market

ICO will be successful if there is a specific roadmap, but also need strategic investors and an advanced technology to help investors. At that time of course, the money will be strong and valuable. However, there are now a lot of money marketed but no purpose and are canceled. In the future, I think there will be many potential ICOs for us to invest in

Yes, why not? The main thing is to choose right ICOs. There are many different ICOs, but not all of them are good
I think ico will always be in trust society,
because ico becomes a new business in the future,
maybe there are some ico that will be difficult to achieve success.

To be honest I believe in ICO. But you  have to be extremely careful when selecting a ICO. Do not invest just by getting the news about the new ICO. Take you time and analyze the progress so far. How far along is the project. Is it just a white paper or has meaningful code been shipped. Some project use GitHub to store and collaborate on code and this can be a good way to track a projects development progress.

Good projects will have both a road map of future plans and records of previous goals completed. Then only decide what to do.

There is a high probability that you will safely take part in Russian ICO. Now they will be controlled by the state and for defrauding their customers, they will face sanctions.
