ICO is the best thing that ever happen to crowd funding. Not only does ICO help ideas and product and services raise much needed capital, it also create wealth for the emasculated segment of certain economic class and region. Block chain tech and decentralization should be thanked for this.
Still believe in ICOs, you just have to be careful and do your research as good as you can.

ICO's are good for innovation. They can be good for our society in some cases, that's if people don't decide to scam you for your money.
I still believe in ICO, maybe it is now decreasing but somehow it will come up again. ICO is a risky investment but if its members or the people who are working hard together, their ICO will be successful. You just have to believe in the peoples involve and you will realize it is worth the risk.

ICO is still a good market for investors to make huge profits from this, we will have more chances to make huge profits if we can find a good ICO for investment, but the risk of investing in ICO is very high.
I still believe in ICO until the end of year for sure. but i have a little afraid to some suspicious ICO projects. sometimes it's hard to me to predict a projects scam fail or even successful .

In my opinion, Yes. I believe many ICOs are legit but even if how much good or nice project you have but if there where no supporters it would not really be successful so it might cause a scam in some ICOs I guess but there are really scam ICOs from the beginning and we cannot really guess which are which are scam or not. I we belong to a scammed ICO then try find another until we find legit and successful.
