You do not need to create a new project to detect any scam ICO. The only thing you need to do is to invest some time in investigating projects and do not simply invest in every ICO that is live on the market. Be more careful and you won't take part in scams.
Many cryptocurrency owners have a negative attitude towards regulation. But I think that only regulators will be able to overcome scams. There are a lot of scammers in the world of cryptocurrency.
The decision is divided towards regulation, there are crypto people that agrees with it for the protection of most investors. And others like it because it will increase adoption and price. 
There are so many emerging ico projects but all this is unlikely to be legit and it will all be so many fearful investors to invest in new ico outsiders and I think the ico scams can not be avoided in the market since it is the first time that their intentions have been touched by so many people to be stealthy and scam for investors so before you join or just want to join and invest in the ico you will first check carefully so you can not scam and be happy your funds to invest in icos that just want to put in more people who are stabbed and who are robbed because of ico scams so be careful not to lose other people.

Lol, yes. there are so many fraud projects which has no real value or real developer in the world. They only have just a fake developer and most of them are operated by anonymous people in groups

No one is interested in buying any ico because most ico are scam, project without ico always look good and later do well unlike project that do ico. Ico to me is just like a scam because they will waste time and still do the worse after their ico.i believe in project without ico because they are ready to do the best to get their coin listed on good exchange. This sounds innovative and will be more impressive if it can be implemented rather than a mere whitepaper representation. I will like to be part of participants to test run it if beta is released
I think that identifying scams should be the primary task for anyone who chooses to contact ICO. There are too many ICOs on the market, too much scam, too many bad projects, therefore it is better to invest in IOE.
I'm confused about that 2018-2019 many ico going scam allows. Think is the main reason to decrease investors. Now many people do not believed any ico project. So investment before we need filed good ico and strong team.
I am not impressed by any all of these, there have been a project called bitdepositary, it is purported to be fighting scam but its operations has not in anyway fight scam but the project itself is very close to what can be termed as a scam project so to fight scam I think it can be done more effectively individually by being deligent and doing necessary assignments
Indeed fraud cannot be avoided but they must improve security. And regulations must be made to limit the movement of these fraudsters. We also need to be more vigilant and careful in determining a good ICO project.
it's very difficult to see a really good ico. even when we feel the project is very good sometimes it also ends scams. it's very boring, when this problem cannot be resolved immediately.I know that STO are no saints too but I think it may still be the best option for now if we are to participate in a genuine crowd funding projects and I see STO as being more relevant to hunters than IEO too.
Hard to stop scamming here, so the investors opted to stop investing or shift their investment to IEO which is much safer and the results is fast, there's no point of staging ICO anymore, the proof are the good projects that failed to reach it's softcap.
Projects that are aiming to stop the scam ICOs on this market deserve respect, but I do not think that people would invest in such a project. They want to see new opportunities of blockchain and the higher the hype, the better it is.
actually the ico project itself is very good if not interspersed with projects that are scam but all that has happened so it is very slit looking for the original ico and the good name ico has been tainted by people who are not responsible for what he did, we should still be able to trust ico because the potential of ico is very good and can be trusted.

I'm not an ICO investors and since I've been into crypto I haven't invest my money in any ICO but the problem surrounding cryptocurrency ICO is lack of trust so if you can actually fix this then ICO will find its way back to the top
