I think Scammers are everywhere now and more and more. We can't stop it and I think fraud on the ICO market is inevitable because we talk about money. I hope the scam project can be solved immediately
Even if we try to stop scam project, scammer will do everything. so it's very difficult to stop scam project, to prevent that we must do protection from our self, or only invest in big coins like bitcoin, ethereum and etc, And if you choose to invest make sure, you already trust the project, do reseach dont just trust what people say
Fraud projects have become a global problem that we must fight for together. I think the Team must be formed and this Team has the duty to audit all ICO projects. So they can prevent fraud projects.
what we can do now is to secure our funds and liquidate fraudulent projects. Of course, I would also like to have a system of punishment for the scam themselves. 
I think that identifying scams should be the primary task for anyone who chooses to contact ICO. There are too many ICOs on the market, too much scam, too many bad projects, therefore it is better to invest in IOE.

The main reason why I am investing in ICOs is the working product, or at least an MVP. Tons of ICOs are holding their sale and the only thing that they can show investors is their whitepaper. No wonder that such projects cannot even collect their soft cap.

We all want a stop to scam ICO but I don't want an ICO to do this for us, an ICO to stop ICO scamming people, why not do it for the community at your own cost and not at members cost, investors are fed up feeding them new ICO and you present your own ICO, nope it's to risky to invest now.

DYOR has been forgotten by most of the investors. They are blinded by the promise of these projects and on how big would be their ROI when the projects road map has been followed. Stopping the scam ICO in the market is possible if most of the investors will stop investing to scam projects. I think right now the only way to stop scam projects is to be personaly diligent about it, by preventing your self to be scammed and doubting suspicious things you can helf your self in stopping this scam. So just to remind people that even if there is a platform that would have safety features people that wants to scam investors will still find a way to scam them.
Scammers are smart and they know how to trick most of the people to invest in their scam projects. They will do everything it takes if they know people are going to invest their money in something so it's pretty much impossible to avoid getting scammed when 90% of the projects are scam. I think ICO is already a dead thingI've been in bounty before and being an investors sometimes and it is really profitable but it came into the point(last year) that many project arise with full of scam. It is really disgusting and it give us doubts for participating them, and also making a way not to trust for ICO.
I think right now the only way to stop scam projects is to be personaly diligent about it, by preventing your self to be scammed and doubting suspicious things you can helf your self in stopping this scam. So just to remind people that even if there is a platform that would have safety features people that wants to scam investors will still find a way to scam them.

Many exchange market always want to listed scam and lower price coin on their exchange, many time we found many ICO have listed at exchange market but have lower price than ICO, why many exchange could not stop for listing?
We need regulation to minimize fraud project in ICO market. Since ICO market booming in the beginning of 2018, alot of bad project without any live product raised alot of money and finally the price of the token dumped hard. Regulation is one of the solution to minimize fraud ICO.
but unfortunately, it is easy to make ico using the smart contract etherum, making some fake projects difficult to stop, and with the same concepts and models as before, they continue to enter the ico industry. I think all of this must start from the smart contract.
It's easy to make an ICO scam. Regulations that are complicated should be. With that maybe ico scam will find it difficult to enter the crypto market. And also investors, don't easily invest in suspicious ico projects.
