for myself I invest a coin that is still cheap but potentially rising in the future.
I'll share you some of the strategies I do in the crytocurrency world. First of all when I do jobs or join bounty companies the salary or the bounty I get from them sometime I hold it for a couple of months. Then I should look over the market and see if it is profitable. I take a look on it for about two times a week then exchange my coins to my preferred value. And that one is called holding. The second one is do some trading. Trade it to some other coins. And also when I do that I also hold it.
Look for the coins or tokens with a low value and have a potential to pump. Join to the project who have a pre ico sale and looks how it project works and how to success it. Buy low sell high this is quote for traders. If you want to gain small profit then sell.
Long-term retention is good if the market does not collapse. If the market falls, your long-term holding can buy at a lower price. This is a lesson I learned from recent accidents.

buy coin 300A @1.00 = 300
Sell 150 @2.00 (Now you covered your initial investment(Excluding fee))
Sell 50 @3.00 = 150
Sell 50 @4.00 = 200
Keep remaining 50 for long term( If market is crashing you have to sell this proton immediately).
But this method can't apply if the market crash before it reaching to 2x. I would like to know the approaches/Strategies you are following and drawbacks of this method.

The way to invest and sell your cryptos is excellent. I agree that it is not possible to sell all of the shares at an increased rate that should sell in batches, and should hold about 20% of the coins for long-term holdings. Because if you sell all the coins you will regret the exchange rate x3, x4 at the time after the sale. So every purchase of cryptos should only sell 25-50% of the coins are held, not sold entirely.
My main strategy in the crypto market is not to panic or sell with losses. It is necessary to believe that any good coin will grow and bring you profit. I mean only reliable projects because you can not keep trash coins in your portfolio that can die in any moment.
It's been 1 year in crypto and I don't have good strategy to invest on it I was also searching on google what is the best strategy to earn a lot of money in crypto world. I'm just looking for the highest value of coin and wait to drop its price then, i'm gonna buy some portion of it. Since I was in altcoin, holding is very important to all partipicipants to have them a lot of money, it is better to wait than selling in low price amount.
I think the best way to earn money is to buy coins. Many people are afraid to invest. Those people are afraid to take the risk. One of the best strategy is investment on cryptocurrency. This is the best time to buy coins, the price is decreasing but we all know that as soon it recovers the price might reach its ceiling. Just keep investing on crytocurrency.
for me Strategies in investment is very important, Because the strategy and filling very influential on its success. My strategy The first step is to Analyze In advance Every Coin Or ICO we will choose. If it has a good prospect then I prefer to hold it until it reaches the desired price. Seeing your strategy is very good looks real calculation and has seen the benefits. but if in a Crash condition you have to do is wait and hold the coin until the price is at least 2x only that's it.

it is ICO era now, so it is high time to take a closer look at blockchain based startups as for me. Whales on the stocks can take control of major coins' rates, but still they have little influence on ICO tokens.
What if you buy at 1 and the price never return to 1.00 in the immediate time and is trading below 0.5, then how is this strategy profitable? it is ok to apply to currency with upward movement.

I have three way of investment, first I do daily trading i find some alts and make 5-8% daily profit, second long term investment to strong alts with low price third I find promising ico and invest there.
In short-term trading, I choose a small profit for each transaction, so I regularly have a profit, though small but not risk their Deposit. With this strategy I increase my Deposit with almost no risk
Short term trading is very effective if market are in moving fast but if not, it could be hardly to earned profit daily just like now(dip). I also using this short term than of long term investment, it is encouraging to me when I saw my invested capital growing daily. But doing this short term investment you should have a smart choice of your coin, buying in cheap price is the best way of earning profit.
The most important thing is to diversify the risks, do not buy 1-2 coins, and at least 8-10. It is still very important to study the project and its team, visit their website and twitter.
A little strategy I could share is for you look for a coin that is supported by successful traders, after some research and that still has a low(affordable) price, and try to get as much as you can, hold it for long(making long term investment) till it gets to extremely high value, if for instance you buy 1000 @ $0.5 and u later found it @ $20 per token, at least it's a huge, then u can try to sell 40% and leave the rest for better profit.

my strategies to the present have always been short time but in this recession I do not control my forgetting accounts, so I think I can earn long wages
