I get the message: Error, Withdrawal limit reached, please try again tomorrow.
My question: Should I do again the withdrawal after 19h or 20h EST manually or does it automatically? Because it is midnight (+1h) in Europe and usually I sleep already.

I think that your best bet is to put on an alarm so you can wake up and perform the withdrawall again.

To reduce the sell pressure from the 1 million bounty STRAT. We will be staggering the distribution over the next 7 days.
TVE
Each day 71428 STRAT will be available for withdrawal on TVE. *Starting now*. Once the daily limit is hit bounty particapants will have to wait until between 19h-20h EST for the limit to reset.
Signatures
57142 will be distributed to Signature participants daily, these participants will be selected at random.
Translations
14285 will be distributed to Translation bounty participants daily, these participants will be selected at random.
This new distribution strucure will see only 142828 STRAT distributed to Bounty participants daily. With the current volume and liquidity, this should not have any effect on the market.
Bounty participants please provide me your Stratis address via Bitcointalk.

FYI, devs had released more bounties today compared to yesterday's distribution. More to come in the next few days until all of it is distributed.

All in all, even if they give 150k coins a day, and it all get dumped it's still just 7-8 btc top.
ps: and since it's just half of that. Then that's a maximum 4 btc dump. So much for bounties dumpers
