People are obsessed with adoption. Its not even necessary. All that is necessary is the arms race within the mining industry. Price follows hash rate and seen as though the hash rate just reached an all time high yesterday guess what is going to follow? Gold is money because it is backed by energy. It takes time and investment to get it out the ground. Satoshi understood the biggest crime that ever took place was when the US dropped the gold standard because it opened the door to fraud, debt, lies and war. A Gold standard means responsibility and now Bitcoin will eventually bring things back around EVENTUALLY. Bitcoin is an energy backed currency not a ponzi scheme, something the world has not seen since they dropped the gold standard. Gold has very little usage, its collected and hoarded but yet people pay 1500 dollars an ounce for it currently.

So, Bitcoin is just a huge Ponzi scheme? What should be driving these prices is USAGE. Bitcoin experiences wild swings in prices, so it's still NOT being used much in the real world. I'm no economist, but the only way I see for Bitcoin to become viable is if it soars in value - to over $1 million (might be a bit too high, but it's the point that's important) - in order to kill speculation - and, at the same time, becomes as useful as real cash, so people "bank" their Bitcoins instead of selling them. I could be wrong cos I'm no expert on these matters - just wish there was more analysis and less obsessing over prices.

Im not knocking your post but im just going to point out that every single coin other than Bitcoin and litecoin is having a heart attack. Its pointless trying to look for answers or blaming this or that, calling things out to be scams. Its pointless, the 'bubble' popped and that is all there is too it. Zclassic went to some stupid amount like 200 dollars and back to nothing as did everything. Even lisk hit 30 dollars. Where is it now? is lisk a scam? no more or less than stratis my friend. This is crypto its how it works, nothing but new fresh buyers keeps anything a float. This is where you realise that a coin needs to be mined, scarce and halved accordingly to have an economic model that keeps prices afloat. It would seem not many people seem to understand the genius behind Bitcoins economics, and seem to think its mining and slow block rewards are a problem. Its the very thing that keeps Bitcoin going up in value.

Why would this coin have any value to anyone?  Why would a company use this chain for any reason?  Stratis is a scam.  All the nonsense like they are partnered with Microsoft.  Well anyone can be a Microsoft partner.  All you need is two people that have passed a test or two.  Shit, I was a Microsoft partner until a few years ago.  Big fucking deal.

This is a shit coin and anyone that didn't dump it when it peaked is a fool.  There is no future for this garbage.  Any company that wants to use the technology will just download the source from github and have their IT people implement it.  The business model is shit.  Nobody is going to hire any Stratis people to do shit.  And even if they did how would that add to the value of this shitcoin?  It was a pump and dump from the beginning by  few scamming pieces of bovine excrement.  Stratis is not the future at all.  It never was and never will be.  All that's left are the bagholders trying to pump it up and failing miserably.  You should have sold a long time ago.

Yeah but with only 2 Strat the reward proportion will be very low. This will not give the price boost we're looking for(Short-term), But this is a very positive news(Long-term) IMO.
