It is not looking possible for dev team to achieve all goals before end of Q4 we will see little delay in some releases but they are working hard and it is good sign this is still alive project.

I don't see any ALtcoin decoupling from BTC as long as it is pairded with it on exchanges, Ethereum tried to achieved this but we can see that it was unsuccessful. I do feel for most projects in the space now that the whole market as lost like 80% of the value from the ATH especially those that have little or no cash reserves to work with

What's the problem with you? May be you a big holder of Stratis and the price makes you like sitting on fire? Or you may be just troll? If you don't like and don't want to invest in a particular coin you just get passed it and move on. That would make your life much more pleasant.
You should look at Stratis's roadmap. a bunch of major releases are about to happen in this December. That will draw attention from investors. Of course the market's health depends on BTC condition.

It is good that Stratis has secured their funding for a while, because you never know how long it actually will take for the markets to rebound. Hopefully when BTC finds it's bottom and gets a bit more stable.

If BTC will capitulate down to 3K or so, you should take in account even YEARS before the price can consolidate itself enough to climb back to ATH... So I hope developers of Stratis can work independently of how the price will behave.

I think as well it'll take years, even from this level, to reach ATH's again, but we should see a slow and steady climb happen in Q2, Q3 of 2019
