It is normal to see that in the world of hustling, men have the dominance in terms of numbers. Men are naturally the hustler in these world but it doesn't mean that the women cannot join the hustling too. All of us have the chance to do what we want, it just naturally men are more into hustling and women are more into taking care of their family and other women stuffs.

People are focusing on the wrong issues, nothing is ever going to be even among races or genders.  Just accept that fact that certain groups of people tend to like different things.  No reason to cause a stink about this, its like the people that always play the race card when something seems unfair.

So that means that 21% are women?

I would say that it is a much higher proportion than what we have among the board members of the Fortune 500 Companies. But honestly, does it make any difference? Being a female, I don't care about the gender of crypto-currency users, as long as they are not tarnishing the reputation of the currency.
Agree with that, no gender is dominant in crypto as it's cryptocurrency for all, even kids can use this as long as they know how to do it.
The potential users of crypto is very huge, it's just that we are still in the early stage and most takers of this tech are men.

If 79% of the attendees are men, then 21% must be woman, that's for me already a high number, and shows that more females have found out that crypto gives a fantastic investment opportunity and if they want and has the skills also a great carrier opportunity!

It really is a good number already. In fact, there is a clear rise on the number of women involved in tech sectors. 20% holds tech job and 17.5% are founders of startups. Over time, this number would escalate since there is a persistent initiative to include women in the tech industry. In crypto, though the percentage of women involved is noticeably low, this doesn't mean that this number won't increase. More awareness is needed if we want that figure to rise. In addition, those women already involved in crypto plays a key role in that industry to develop its global influence.  Here are the Top 10 Influential Women Leaders in the Crypto Industry: https://medium.com/beam-mw/the-importance-of-women-in-the-cryptocurrency-industry-e98c50fdea9f
right, at the beginning, men dominated in this business, but of course over time the number of women will increase, maybe later it can exceed men. with thoroughness and patience, of course women will have influence

What is your basis for telling those assumptions? I asked because it seems that they are quite specific. But well, the ratio between men and women crypto enthusiasts might really revolve between those numbers. The bottomline is that men dominate the crypto world, no doubt about it.
Only few have interest in investing. I am not a feminist but i clearly saw this picture now.
Chill bro, no one accused you of that. Aside from those things, I think the reason why nost of women do not engage with cryptocurrency is that they find "geek" stuffs so boring. If you saw a girl dealing with such things, claim it the she is a nerd lol.

Since men has a greater interest than women when in terms of investing, i believe that the statement is true. Most women are focusing on make ups, aesthetics, social media etc because its their thing. Only few have interest in investing. I am not a feminist but i clearly saw this picture now.

on average most women use the Internet only for their needs such as shopping online or interacting with people on social media, and fully women do not have a strong focus on using cryptocurrency, they prefer to spend money through online shopping rather than finding alternative ways to can make money using the Internet

I'm not surprised about it, even before I knew there were more men in crypto compared to girls. When it comes in taking risk, men likes it while girls like an investment where they are sure enough that they can make a profit. Well, I care less about on that percentage as long as the adoptation will grow wether men or women.

The study shows that the cryptocurrency events “have a long road ahead toward gender inclusion” and such events have “to change.”

Bizzabo co-founder and customer success chief Alon Alroy said in relation to the study’s findings that “there is a lack of gender diversity” in the cryptocurrency industry and that it is “reflected in the attendance for these events.” He mentioned that such lack of gender diversity is also true for the tech industry in general.

Perhaps womens are too busy to invest time in crypto? Somehow this is not relevant because i t alive that you can have a lot of advantages like a woman then a man, for example everybody smile at you and are ready to give a hand.

In fact, we can't know exactly the number of women who are in crypto, since the nicknames on bitcointalk and in social networks don't speak about anything yet. Under any name can be hiding both a man and a woman. And in general, I think that most women don't even confess that they are engaged in investing in cryptocurrency.

Right, just based on the username, you can't tell who's who behind that keyboard.

But the evident shows that men are more willing to take the risk just because that's how nature works, risk is already part of our DNA.

But I have nothing against women in this field, as long as they know the risk involved and their tolerance to gamble and risk investing their hard earn money then everyone is welcome.

Lol, I can see that all women are the same worldwide, I don’t know which country you are from, but I can tell you that in my country, this is what ladies are all about, they leave more of the dirty jobs for men to do while they relax and enjoy themselves.

We totally need to encourage more of our women to also try as much as possible to participate in this because through records, I have learnt to also know that whatever they dip their hands into gets successful because of the passion they put in doing it, just that they give up easily, if this market was full of women, we may never see Bitcoin BULL RUN because a lot of them will always panic sell at every drop in price of BTC, but we still have some women that are very strong in cryptocurrency too, I have a partner I can vouch for.

Most women choose humanities or creative professions, and few seek to realize themselves in politics, economics, technology, etc. There are no violations of women's rights or infringement in crypto. They are simply interested in other activities, so this explains such a small number of women in the cryptocurrency world.
It is even more visible on this forum, I have been overtime watching out for a woman participant and I think I have only found one, but don’t you think that women too need to get involved in cryptocurrency now more than we can ever imagine.

Women have more convincing power more than men and when we come down to the awareness factor thing, they will really do better and whatever a woman believes in, they will make sure they impose it on their men, be it husbands or boyfriends. We need to start looking for a way to engage them and the best way is to look out for one or two of our female friends and explain fully the whole cryptocurrency operation to them.

men have higher speculation than women, not without reason, maybe this is because men work more outdoors and in harsh environments. some women only follow the flow of life. so their sense of speculation is not as big as a man's.
maybe it's also what causes the situation as said by the OP.
Correct, mostly women even in this era still dominated by men's especially those who are already married, they will just comply with what their husbands will tell them, live a life which leaning alone to directions life will bring them, so mostly the statement from OP is somehow accurate or too close from what reality is.

Indeed, most women are focusing on issues of beauty and debate about hot issues on social networks, and except for these, they are almost not too concerned about investments or new technology because they have no interest and feel unnecessary, they always know that they just need to do the job well and then look for an ideal man for their life, that is enough, while men always want to grow and develop to create a happy family, for that purpose, men always focus on many areas of investment and new technology, so most people involved in crypto are men
