This seems fine to me, especially if you provide collateral. My only concern is how will you mine the difference in bitcoins using a GPU. I'm not very knowledgeable about mining but I do know that difficulty is so high that GPU mining is simply unprofitable. Also assuming you cannot mine the difference, how will you be paying back the loan.

lol, no i'm selling a gpu, not mining with it. i won an auction for an ztex quad FPGA at a steal of a price about 97 dollars. coupled with my 4 Block Erupters i could pay the loan back relatively quick

I make used to make a steady 0.01 BTC - 0.02 BTC profit per day on just-dice but I have invested everything in my BTCjam account.
