I disagree with you at one point. You said that not everything depends on Bitcoin on this market, but unfortunately it is. Just look at the market dominance of BTC. If BTC is losing its price, the majority of altcoins are also losing their prices.
The initial hype on cryptos are settling down and that’s why we see the price is dropping and somewhat settling as more and more people are having their say in what the price they think bitcoin is really worth.
I think people who sold at 6000 to 7000 range have been proven wise specially now when btc has drowned further into the valley as deep as 3500, so that few months period btc gave us chance to sell and buy back now at cheap price, i hope fromhere on btc will start recovery.
One thing with a market is that it will always do its thing and as we are all retail traders, it is one thing to just simply know how to play along with the market when it comes to quickly cutting loss, and trying to take advantage of the market at certain points in time. Sure, a lot of people may be wondering if they should be selling now, but the truth is that it would always be a hard thing to achieve when you sell the market the wrong time, and this is a wrong time based on the fact that, you should be selling when everyone is greedy as that is more of an easy way, than when everyone is scared. 
Bitcoin has the power that you don't think, in the market, there are still many who trade using bitcoin, so strong the community and still has value and investor confidence. This trip is still long and still needs a process to get good development.
Most of what you said were correct. Bitcoin is here to stay and same goes with other cryptos.

I have an idea, I think if Bitcoin wants to grow fast, then this may need to be built on most cryptographic deaths because new pumps on the market are making Bitcoin lose money, and when most crypto dies, investors Will pay attention to Bitcoin!
it is not bitcoin's fault that people who invest in altcoins have 0 faith in their future and it is not bitcoin's fault that every altcoin that was created is a pump and dump scam.
it is perfectly natural for people to dump altcoins immediately as they see bitcoin price is lowered so that they can free their money to invest back in bitcoin.

You are saying that cryptocurrency does not depend on Bitcoin? I think quite the opposite. currently, bitcoin is the most basic currency. and if something goes wrong, the Altcoins cannot exist either.
Definitely what is happening right now in cryptocurrencies is that if you are a wise investor, then now is the right time to buy bitcoin while it has a very low price. Because once the altcoins double by a few months then you will be able to gain double. Buy alts now!
The main thing is to believe in the coins in which you invested. If you made the right choice, in any case there will be growth.

But bitcoin has ruled crypto to be the main pair that used by the whole of crypto. I will not take minor correction as an important thing but those newcomers will think if there will be another huge drop for bitcoin very soon. This can't even be stopped dude. November, December 2018. The cryptocurrency market, both BTC and altos, has fallen dramatically in price. People who have invested heavily in crypto are now in a panic or very close to it. I think there are confidence in the future, why ?
Even though november and december has been rough and prices are down, i have seen tokens do 100x (wave), 10x and even the low price of bitcoin and other tokens is not the end of the world
It correlates greatly with immense.
Focus basically and buy the right coins, 100$ worth of bitcoin is not an investment at all.

yes i feel the same, when you buy decent alternative you won't have to running around with your head on fire with panic. btc has some influemce on alts, but i guess we can assume that alts are not that helpless Get it into your head:
