it's all about the odds and luck. There are so many smart people out there, they might try their best in making money but just not as fortunate as those rich people. When talking about intelligence, some people so lucky was born from a rich family and get access to the best education, but what if they were born from a poor family they don't necessarily get all of that, so again this is all just about luck and the opportunity.
Stupidity is not close to poverty because poverty only exists because people are not fortunate enough to experience the education and also the other needs for a person to prosper or thrive in life. Stupidity is an option for every people and we all know that there are a lot of genius or intelligent people who are still under the poverty.

I have heard that saying before and many people do not like it especially those that are still poor because it makes them accountable for their mistakes, one of the things that I have found which is very common among those that have been unable to improve their life conditions is that they keep blaming the system, the rich, the government or anyone that they imagine is putting them down.And to me that is a big reason why people do not progress not only in economic terms but in anything in general, you need to be accountable for your actions and for the outcomes that you get, only once you accept that fact you will begin to make the changes necessary to improve your life conditions.

it's about time management and determined targets, people who prioritize to relax in situations that are not yet stable will get many more complex factors in their lives, and when they realize that, then there is no chance to think about anything else. It is true that stupidity is close to poverty. But not all poor people are stupid. These two things are completely different. About management that is the main problem in terms of poverty. Indeed, when someone does not have the intelligence in managing finances then in the end they will go bankrupt because of the stupidity in managing their finances. So indeed, stupidity will only end in poverty but poor people are not entirely stupid because on the other hand there will be factors that make it difficult for them to get out of poverty. There are a lot of rich stupid peoples. I prefer lack of education and malnutrition, it happen when someone didn't have any chance to go to school because uneducated parents can't afford the cost or didn't even care. If government or society didn't do something about this it will be impossible for them to improve the quality of their life. So, I guess nothing to laugh on this. if it yes, means the poor are the fools.
