We need a developer, or group of developers (this is smallest problem because coin is working fine, but...). Everyone is more confident when somebody is always here.
We could opt for a distributed development.
I think that the community is always ready to help eachother out.
A couple of us, like __crypto__, bstappleton and CoinLov3r to name a few are great examples of this.!
We need a marketing team, willing to contribute a little bit and try to push promotion of this coin.

You want 5000 coins per day?
Suppose you have 1.000.000 super
divide by 100 (1 percent)
and multiply by 5 (5 percent)
that's 50000 per year
divide by 365
that's 137 per day
so to get to your 5000 per day you would need about 36.5million SUPER
