The right thing to do is call it a day and go home with joy. But my mind says continue to play more because there is bigger profits waiting ahead. I know a lot of us experienced this and since we are born greedy, we gamble more only to lose our profits even our capital at the end of the day. This is the reason why we never mostly win in gambling because we always want bigger profits and never get satisfied with small ones.
Yeah, we all think that stopping is the right thing to do but somehow our inner desire of getting more wins surpasses our control and makes us continue betting. The more we win the more confident we are in continuing since we are playing with a bigger margin due to winnings. Our inner greed often times kicks in if we get a scenario @OP is stated.
the best thing I read so far in another forum is that - the root cause of evil is not the money but it's the greed which make a person evil
I watched a movie earlier and in that movies a helicopter crashed in the middle of the jungle - the survivor used money to lit fire to keep themselves warn -that is the value of money when you have no mall around
Money isn't evil at all, it is the
love for money that a person will do evil thing just to get it. The part of the story you stated is flawed, there are lots of dry woods and dry leaves in a jungle, so making use of money to lit a fire is just an exaggeration,
