Where can we report if we suspect a bot?  I think there could be one right now just sitting and waiting at...

Sadly their is yet another new bug with the latest patch. Clicking on the "pot" button to bet pot, doesn't calculate the pot correctly (I think it doesn't include the amount you need to call in the bet size)

Any chance you have "Display Chip Amounts at Table in BB" ticket in the Table Settings Options? Because that's bugged, and has been before.

Every now and then I see an update but I have no clue what changed.. Can we get some patch notes or something and some timeline on bugs? When will I be able to write a note on a player that is more than one line?

Changelogs will come after our refactor is finished. Team agrees they should be posted here and on our website.

This update was to address some, but not all, of the bugs introduced during the last update. The update process has been painful and was a big reason for doing a total refactor.

SwC team is working hard to bring the players improved software.

Like can you make a new line with the enter key?  I used to do lot's of '////' just to go to the next line(I mostly play using the browser now).

You cannot. Used to work before the dreaded June update.

I just tried to write a note & I was able to write 212 characters without any issue that's more than 1 line.

HTML5 version is much better and relaxing to play at.  I don't know what is with the downloadable software that gets me so stressed.  The sound?

Still can't add line breaks in notes (Windows client).

2 new changes I think -

1. You can see losing hands.
2. when you fold your hand, you can still see your hands.

I believe there were more changes which @Swc_poker can tell us in detail.

Most of the reported bugs are still not fixed.

Congrats to themayorpete (one of the 2 guys who won tickets in that satellite) on taking the 8th place in the July BIG BTC and winning almost 0.035 BTC!

It's just a nickname, winning doesn't depend on how high they are but how smart we play. Indeed they are more experienced than only Baby seal but you have given the best even if you don't get a ticket.
For people who get tickets, do they also get prizes? I did not see the tournament prize distribution.

They do get prizes. Look at what I wrote about themayorpete.

Unfortunately, I can't see the info about the latest BIG BTC's prize distribution any more. It would be interesting to know, how many of the winners won their tickets in satellites.

Regarding nicknames, I agree with you, every play is unique, and even very experienced players can lose to a total newbie in some cases. And yet it's a very good feeling when you beat experienced players. Remember Chris Moneymaker's story? The guy is my hero.

The ticket that BIG BTC satellites award gets you into the 10,000 chip buy in BIG BTC.
The BIG BTC runs on the last Sunday of each month.

^  I've seen some 'floundering seals' play less optimal and sometimes kinda like donks at the cash games.  Not that I'm complaining or anything...  Wink  Just an observation.

Satellites running now!

Yesterday I played in two satellites, and although I was quickly eliminated from the first one, I almost won the July BIG BTC ticket in the second!

Considering that most of the players were Floundering Seals and higher(I'm just a Baby Seal yet) I'm proud of taking the 3d place in that tournament. I'm glad I played, it was a great game overall.

Congrats to themayorpete (one of the 2 guys who won tickets in that satellite) on taking the 8th place in the July BIG BTC and winning almost 0.035 BTC!

^  You guys sure you'd play?  I usually sit at the lower OFCP tables if I'm on...  But usually no action.  It's really frustrating to wait for 30+ mins, see a player sit, play for a while and then run after a small win.  I mean really...  Grow a pair.

OFCp Tournaments would be fantastic! I will certainly be first in line to register for them once they go live! Very excited to see what you all can accomplish  Smiley

SwC is making progress with software refactor. It is a large project and we are still months away from showing the players what we are building. While the first steps will be focused on security and fixing bugs, we are at a time where we can now start to prioritize features. Below is a short list of features the team has been discussing internally, and they want to hear from players what would be most desired features you want us to build first

1. Bring back no-limit 2-7 single draw
2. in-client tournament last longer betting
3. open face Chinese without 100 point cap
4. open face Chinese tournaments
5. different mixed games combos
6. more avatars
7. more deposit options (with all play still in bitcoin, deposits converted to chips)

let the team know what you are most excited about!

In order 5+1 (more exotic games added) > 4 > 3 > 2 (also include crossbooking please!) > 7 > 6.

3 depends on the game I think, while 100 cap is fine for HU games and OFCp, OFCp Prog should be 200 and OFC 2-7 150 imo.

Def a yes to OFCP tourneys!  And hopefully HU OFCP...?  3 handed is just so damn high variance.  More avatars would be cool too.

On mixed games I suggest something more basic NLHE and PLO mix.

Caps are only really necessary when it's very unclear what the pricepool will be, but I get that it may be easier from a coding/reliability standpoint.

One solution might be to have a percentage and a cap so SwC could lock a set amount from both players to guarantee the funds. Unique features like this could add a fun new element to the game.
