Is the new rakeback system in place?  If so is there a minimum you have to rake in order to get something back?  It's advertised on the website and I've played probably a few hours worth of micro tables in the last few weeks but never received anything back despite being in the 12% tier.  If it's being advertised but isn't in place that's really scummy.  If it's not in place yet but the old system was eliminated without anything replacing it in the meantime that's almost as scummy.

Let me guess...that's coming "in a few months"?  Why don't you update it to reflect what is currently going on on your site?  Why is the only place anyone can see what is actually going on on the site to check this random non-poker related message board?

I've asked this before (ignored obviously) but what do you guys do all day?

What have you done in the last two years to improve the site?  What has changed from then to now to make anyone believe that things are/will change?

And please don't say that we'll see in a few months.  It shouldn't be hard to say "We have done _____, ________, and _______; ________ is 75% of the way done, ___________ is 50% of the way done" etc.  A good example is the mobile client.  That's been "coming" for a very long time now.  It was supposed to be here over the summer.  It's now the winter.  What's finished on it?  How far along are you on the parts that aren't finished?  How many people are coding it?  How many hours have they been working on it thus far?

Also I'd like to add "Why did you lie about not being able to post on 2p2?"

Having been one of the top 20 players over the last 3 years on SWC.......I'm pretty upset about the table starter rakeback being over.  Regardless of the rake, I at least liked to know that I was getting 50 percent back. It used to create fuller tables. Not sure any of those announcements will help the players (besides the cashouts under 20 chips).

I played hands last week where the pot was raked .6 chips or like $10/hand lol.  So even after tablestarter, it was $5/hand for 3 handed $35/70 usd, which is more than double Stars rake for similar stakes.  Other games, I played hands that weren't even raked bc it was so low - the whole rake structure was broken.  Now, the max rake for limit games is .18 chips, or like $3.50/hand and you still get krill rakeback that makes it like $2-$3/hand.

Some players like to feel like they're getting something, even when they're actually paying a lot more.  Casinos have always used that to their advantage when creating promos.

Nitrogen sports just started a .001 fee (around 18 dollars) to withdraw but they do offer 1 free withdrawal per week. So yeah maybe SWC can off one free withdrawal per week and then charge .0006

Seems reasonable to me.

I'm not sure that a 0.6 chip vig (~$11) on cashouts under 20 chips is a big win for any player except ender. It's ridiculous that the (free) minimum withdrawal is over $100 USD, full stop. Show me another site that charges for BTC cashouts.

SWC comes out, after weeks of ignoring everything, and says "Hey guys we're taking away a bunch of money from everyone".  The a bunch of brand new accounts come out and say "Sounds great!"

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

For reference, here's those questions they are ignoring:

You are quick to take things away but really slow to add anything.  How can you make the decision to remove TSR without having a backup in place to encourage people to actually, you know, play poker?

Also you must have missed all the questions I've been asking you for weeks now.  Here they are again:
