KNC delivered a broken product and does not reply to any of our phone calls or emails to solve the issue.
They respond to all emails, and are answering calls fine. Phone's free now, when engaged it does just ring though, there's no 'busy' tone.
I found that out myself, but not replying to emails, or phone calls is simply not true.I can unequivocally call this a lie. It's the second time you've stated it and it's a lie. I have had 2 emails to knc customer service ignored. I totally believe Hiroaki if he/she says emails have been ignored. There are plenty of posts on the knc forum where people have said their emails have been ignored. Anyway, keep up the lying, I guess it's what you are paid for.
And nice to see that the minute knc announce a fire-sale, you are on here 24/7 to shill it up.
Question - are they boards they are selling GUARANTEED to hash at over 140GH? Or am I right in my assumption that any RMA'd board that hashes over 100GH is fair game for this sale?
