I see, you tried 0.96 and then 0.94 gave you the .7 volt VRM output voltage?
a hard reset and power cycle brought it back to high voltage again
it is screaming now holding ~525 at BTCGuild (just think if I had the other 59 cores)

Observations:
temps are up about 7-10C each board (to be expected)
the one board (KNC 1) that was really low on HW errors when not overclocking, has the highest, while the others are all under 5%
similar amount of cores as last test (gained that one back to 709)
we'll see how this goes after a few hours...since my temps are still lower than many people's non-overclocked jupiters it looks sustainable. (all 4 VRM boards) Dropping the fans to the crossbars does help in these situations
I should change the PSU though, it is only an 850watter
Update: close to an hour and running strong on BTCGuild - 533.87 GH/s 546304 (99.72%) 1536 / 23040 / 0
I've followed your example and I'm getting similar results. Much hotter but much faster despite my gimpy board #3.
I wanted to note (in case you hadn't stumbled upon it) an easy-button way of getting all the cores activated instead of the race-condition method you seemed to be describing earlier.
Basically, the /etc/init.d/cgminer.sh script enables the cores as it prepares to launch cgminer. However, if there is already a screen session active, the script will fail....but not before it does it's core enabling mojo. So basically what I did was reboot the machine...screen -rd, create a new screen terminal with ctlr-a,c , download/compile/install bfgminer per Luke-Jr's script, killall cgminer, /etc/init.d/cgminer start (which subsequently fails due to existing screen session), start bfgminer. Hope that helps someone
Also, previously my board #3 would get something on the order of 30% hardware errors on .7V, but now it's basically the same as the "good" boards 1 and 4 with .9V and kicking ass. Might not have to RMA this sucker after all :p And yeah...totally /agree on the PSU thing...glad I bought a 1000-watt unit as I'm pulling 920W now.
