It's interesting. With 0.93 in the first 12 hours there were a few cgminer restarts, the av hashrate were 495 Gh/s, with high HW errors.
After about a day, hash rate climbed to 506 Gh/s and stayed there for 24 hours, not a single cgminer restart. The HW errors dropped too.
Just upgraded to 0.94 45 minutes ago, speed now is 473 Gh/s and climbing slowly. We'll see what happens in a day.

I asked Customer Service where they are in the queue on what pay date, etc and got this response:

the only thing I can come up with now is that your device has been assigned to you per order#/pay date....but then your unit happens to be defective....now it gets bypassed until new parts arrive for your unit, while the guy behind you lucks out, gets assigned a GOOD unit, and it gets shipped/delivered....and the rest of us suckers get passed on by.....order queue is sacred....so sacred that if you unit is bunk it gets by passed so the guy behind you keeps his position in the SACRED QUEUE?

not saying it's right, but I have no other explaination for why one person with a later order #/pay date gets their KNC unit before someone with an earlier order # /pay date.....
or why some stay "in progress" while others actually receive units who went into 'in progress' status later. Nothing makes sense but what I stated above.
order #23xx ordered and paid june 18th saturn...status "in progress" as of Monday 1am pacific time....now more that 48HRS AGO!!!!!

SOME folks have had their fans arrive off and put them on wrong..you could check that all your fans are blowing the right direction imho
one guy had that issue earlier on here I guess it helped a bit

I understand man mine was also a preorder and now order number is 8xx with paid before you on 4 June, so i was in line before you in order number in payment order and was also a preorder for which i don't remember the number but do remember it was very early ...now you have your units ....(by the way congrats on that) and mine are still in progress for last 3 days ...i just don't get it ....even if i ignore your orders completely ..i was day 2 production and still i am in progress after 9 day of production ..i just dont get it ...

yeah, now running on gigavps semi private, 625 diff and rejects are now ~1.8%
After 24 hours mining my unit is quite stable with firmware 0.93: ~550GH@766W.
The unit needed at least 12 hours to climb out of lows with less then 350 GH (hardware error rate at 25-30%).
HW error rate is now around 8%. Ambient room temp 22 C.

766W for a jup is one the highest consumption I heard with fw > .90

Upgrade 0.94 has been released.
I'm getting way more hardware errors with that, the miner I update was steadily hashing at 525GH/s (+3 hours average) and its now struggling to keep up to 500GH/s (just a few minutes hashing thou).
I'd not recommend upgrading if your miners are running fine. You know how we say, "if ain't broke..."
What they added to the webui is the temps, pretty scary stuff, ASIC slots preaking at 70 Celsius

What I can tell you is that for now I'm seeing much more hardware errors and a crazy amount of this "core disabled - core enabled" messages, way more than before.
