i think im basically the first person to order a mercury. I checked the website, then checked it an hour later and mercury had popped up. i purchased one right on the spot there.
should have upgraded, but hindsight is 20/20 oh well. I can now say i have one of the RARE mercury units. lol

Is there any way to connect your order number to the queue?

Not really. We don't know how many units are in each order nor do we know that all order numbers are paid for nor if they were canceled.
For example, I ordered a mercury the day it came out but then decided against it and canceled it - I've still got order number 309x in my order history.
TL;DR - you're going to have to wait. At this point, it seems like they are gearing up for a serious production run so hopefully no one has any delays. Maybe you'll know more once we start receiving shipping information.

About tracking number. Someone said Ups pick up the boxes at 19:00 now it's 20:15. I think someone has to collect the tracking numbers and send out by e-mail.
I think it's not one hour of work. Be patient until tomorrow....

I just checked my pool account and did not see any miner connected to it hashing (and I was one of the very first people to order).
yeah same here, very first registration/preorder, 1st day of shipping and I don't have tracking number/any hash on pool acc. but as Mota posted here earlier, they told him that 1st day orders will be shipped today..so I'm sitting and waiting.)

You enter your pool information on the KNC website under profile. They are supposed to configure your miner to that pool, and some hashrate, maybe just a few seconds owrth, should show up on the pool you chose.
In my case, I have things configured to hit BTC Guild accounts that haven't been active in over 200 hours. Any activity on those accounts would reset the last activity timestamp and tell me that the account has been used....
