Anways, I sent a support ticket to KNC so maybe they will be gracious enough to toss some clues our way in regards to how these monsters will be powered.

I would imagine with electricity Wink

Does anyone have any details regarding power consumption. The genesis block calculator says expected power usage per unit to be 2100 watts. I am afraid for me that's not going to work. To be honest I was expecting something that would work on a residential 120v circuit. They also do not offer any hosting yet unfortunately.

I got ya covered Tongue
But yeah that is kind of silly. Im glad when I put my new facility together I decided to say fuck it and got all 240v

Well yeah that's one option, but there is no way they're going to have just one PSU. If the system was designed to use two PSUs then that would work as I could easily spread the load across two 120v circuits or hook them up to a 20 amp 120v circuit.

Other than my 458, this is another "cashed out" from my btc stash.

I'm building a mining facility soon. It will make ASICMINERs' looks like childs toy

And when do you expect to get them?

That q1/q2 thing is really killing me. A 6 months time-window seem a tad too much for me.

Even if they launch in Q1, that is still expensive IMO.  Black Arrow I believe is $4K for 2TH

Like any good investment you dollar cost average in, and do the same going out.

When you have a basis for your BTC of about $100 per (assuming you bought some) and its $850 today, if you don't start slowly getting out then you are just a greedy bitch who doesn't know what they are doing.

I have X in cold storage and now I just start selling when the price is favorable every few days.

You don't get the "R" in ROI unless you take some profit.

What you seem to be missing is that bitcoin IS profit.

It is money, yes? What are you counting as profit, the endless streams of (waste)paper being printed by governments?

Or good hard cryptocoin?
