You need to elaborate more, when you create the wallet, how much you have, show the address you previously use, did you enable 2FA, etc etc because there's a chance if your wallet might be compromised.
AFAIK Bitamp is a non custodial wallet, so try to import the seed phrase to other wallet, check the history.

I think this would work really well and would get the right attention if you move this post in Scam Accusations, also get the screenshots and make sure that you get all the necessary screenshots too, not just any screenshots. If you can also do it, file a police report or any report to the authorities that might be able to help you in this problem, this should be something that needs to be dealt with the help of the law.
