It wasn't known that the mixers would be banned after January 1st when they had completed the deal. philipma1957 himself received 6 months' payment upfront and other contract-type participants also received the upfront payment. I have seen this somewhere, and it was philipma1957 who posted it. Also, in case Ratimov received 6 months payment, it's the fault of signature campaign manager. I don't understand, why should you hire a person who lied everyone, got exposed and left a very negative impression on everyone. I wouldn't blame him even if he stole money from sig campaign because he was exposed and everyone knew who he actually was.
The campaign manager didn't hire Ratimov for the signature campaign. I have seen here or somewhere else that some participants were hired by [banned mixer] management and have been paid upfront.
