Do you talk about Tumbler signature campaign? I think he hasn't received 6 months payment because it was known that signature campaign wouldn't continue after 1st January. I think, if philipma1957 hasn't received 6 months payment all together, then Ratimov wouldn't receive that either. But only philipma1957 can confirm this.
Yes. I am talking about Tumbler signature campaign. It wasn't known that the mixers would be banned after January 1st when they had completed the deal. philipma1957 himself received 6 months' payment upfront and other contract-type participants also received the upfront payment. I have seen this somewhere, and it was philipma1957 who posted it.

Also, in case Ratimov received 6 months payment, it's the fault of signature campaign manager. I don't understand, why should you hire a person who lied everyone, got exposed and left a very negative impression on everyone. I wouldn't blame him even if he stole money from sig campaign because he was exposed and everyone knew who he actually was.
The campaign manager didn't hire Ratimov for the signature campaign. I have seen here or somewhere else that some participants were hired by [banned mixer] management and have been paid upfront. Strangely, you wouldn't blame him if he stole the money from the signature campaign. Very unexpected statement from you.

I still can't believe to my eyes, Ratimov created problem absolutely out of nothing, wrote bunch of offensive words towards GazetaBitcoin for no logical reason. I mean, there was some issue caused by Ratimov and politely answered by Gazeta but Ratimov could return back polite answer too. I just don't get it, he intentionally built his account and then destroyed. Probably a bipolar person or had her period when was chatting with Gazeta.

Once again he touched upon a sensitive theme, You have to wonder why the announcer has the same grammar? Using "theme", maybe he had influenced the announcer when he was still alive. 😂

Hey, Digaran. You just posted something that I was thinking about. I was discussing with a forum member about Ratimov's possible death, and he pointed out the same thing, "theme". LOL. So, I assume the guy already received six months' payment in advance for his signature space, but he doesn't want to return it. Now, he cannot join another campaign anytime soon.

So, he prepared a plan to not return the fund without ruining the account's reputation. He came up with the death announcement so the campaign manager does not create a scam accusation thread and does not create a flag. How is that?

To be honest, I don’t understand how he was accepted into the signature campaign (and even more so how he earned 1000 merit).  Shocked
Now, he earned 1200+ merit.
That's the power of local boards and local support.

Well I will not say anything because I am not a professional English Speaker. And most in time it is misspelling of words or omission of words. And I am developing in it and recently, I didn't captured the first paragraph of the Op, really I was confused if Symmetrik formerly known as Ratimov could announced his owners dead, and I was contemplating with it and that was why I warned the Op.

The point people are trying to make to you is if you don't understand what it is you are commenting on, you don't need to leave a comment! You can just move on to something else. If you do make a comment, be prepared to run the risk of people questioning WTF you are talking about.
Yeah that's very correct, I do that most times myself. To make contribution to any particular discussion isn't a must and for me I feel sometimes my mood also warrant when I reply or make contributions because so many things can contribute to you actually writing shit and making others feel that you are a shit poster when you are clearly not one. Earning 1200merits in a community like Bitcointalk isn't an easy one and I believe agbe has the quality that earned him those stats but sometimes he gets maybe too carried away to write, and forgets to get the full detail of the conversation before jumping to write up whereas a simple ignore of the discussion would have saved himself alot of savage.

I am not a bad poster but probably I might have misunderstood the content and omission words in a post, and I have also seen it in other posters. And if I have offended you with that sorry, you can still correct me if you found it. Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year. Thanks.

Have you actually read the topic?
It's Symmetrick himself that has said Ratimov is dead, so that's why we have a memorial thread for him!

I told you a few times already and it's getting annoying, if you don't understand what a thread is about , first try to ask rather than posting stuff that makes you look like...you know what!
Agbe has good record of writing non sense posts.

Does he want to be cheered?

Ratimov is dead, long live Symmetrick!

This forum went soft after Lauda's departure.

If by "went soft" you mean people could once again voice independent opinions without the fear of being red tagged, then yes I agree.

What amazes me is that after everything that has happened he only has two negative feedback
~
I see a lot of softness around here.
Before leaving negative, I like to ask myself: "does this make the forum a better place?". In this case, I don't think it does. It's closer to "irrelevant" at the moment.

This forum went soft after Lauda's departure. R.I.P Lauda btw. She will be missed.
Lauda was often
too harsh, in my opinion. But I've also seen a lot of cases in which Lauda turned out to be right later on.

The following is pure speculation but if this is true, then he may have been the one behind the BitMixList and BPIP harassment recently.
It's speculation indeed, but also pointless: whoever is behind this is the only one benefiting from speculation.

The topic is just an excuse to write more nonsense for the quota. Grin
Quota as in what?  Sig campaign quota?  OP isn't in one, but it does seem likely he's spoofing us all just to increase his post count and perhaps get some merits in doing so.

Good thing is this little fucker got no merits for his post. Nobody fell for his trap. Gj everybody. Earning merits/raising alts is a serious business.

It did indeed, and I should've taken up the mantle but didn't.  I don't have that type of sustained badassery in me, nor a knack for creating drama.

What amazes me is that after everything that has happened he only has two negative feedback and on top of that from two forum members who have a reputation of being "aggressive" with feedback. Even you can still see old positive feedback that have nothing to do with trading risk and that link to empty posts.

When it started speculation that someone else had taken over his account, I thought of flagging him negatively. Now with this deletion of all posts, I'm almost certain that the same person is behind that account.

Huh? Like...for real? Every satoshi?
Ratimov was part of CM,  I don't know if he was there when there was still a payment in BTC only and not tied to the $ value but still, after canceling a 1000$ sponsorship returning at least a few BTC is really not a thing I'm going to see in my life!

It seems that there is nothing to return the money earned here. The last profile update has arrived.

Mediocre!!!!!

I believe that the next thing he will do is to return everything he earned here on the forum. I believe that the next thing he will do is to return every satoshi he earned here on the forum.

People have stopped caring, besides, it's a done deal, the moment he started acting like that everyone knew he's going to abandon it, what would a negative mean on an account with soon to be no post and no activity on the forum? Would it mean something?
Now, if one would have proof user x is an active alt of Ratimov, that would change things. At least for me!

So what is this man doing, unbelievable? He deleted 10k+ posts
I can't believe that there is so much anger in him and that he can't control it, he is able to delete posts for hours. He was obviously seriously shaken by the whole reputation thing about him, but no matter how much he wanted to leave this forum, the urge to erase everything he did here was stronger.

This is actually wrong, and not to blame the op but Symmetrick for declaring someone who's alive as dead in such a manner, when did death become something to joke around with?

I might be sounding too serious but hey, a spade should always be a spade, and no time should we refer to what is not a spade as a spade.
The way this was announced, any user (most especially the ones that have benefitted greatly from Ratimov while he was still under that user name) could break down and become sorrowful, believing their once benefactor is no more in this life, meanwhile, the man is somewhere around the world living and enjoying his life..

Simply say that, no user on this forum or outside should associate with the username "Ratimov" anymore, for its no longer in use by anyone, better than saying the he is dead.

Down to 529 posts now. He also wiped all posts that he couldn't delete, and moved all his topics to Archival. He now only has a few posts left that he can't delete or edit. Lol.
