I have seen Asad Rauf umpiring in many matches and he was an asset, not only for Pakistan but globally recognized, however, there were corruption charges on him and he was also involved in the 2013 IPL spot fixing. He was banned from umping and these days running up a clothes shop in his native city before he died at the age of 66. What made me sad is that life is so unpredictable, and we never know when our last day in this world will be.
Life is really unpredictable, we lost many users in this forum in the past two years and the pandemic has taken your loved ones as well. This year we saw the demise of Shane Warne as well as Andrew Symonds and now Asad Rauf who was a decent umpire during his officiating times even though there are allegations against him and got suspended for 5 years but i have not seen any reports publicly regarding those fixing charges.

Finally India was able to reach 122 runs. This time it is the bottom order players that contributed to the score. The opening and the middle order failed. On the England side it had a good start, the first wicket fell at the 10th over. If there were few wicket fall at the beginning overs, the match could've gone little more closer.
England won the match easily, it was a surprising victory for India in their last match and i was expecting England to bounce back stronger and hence waged for them and the Indian batters failed this time to put a fighting total.
