England V India

The first T20 match between India and England will be played today. I look forward to enjoying the match. Of course, the match will be competitive. However, the players who performed in the test match will not be present in this match. So we will not see Rishab Pants, Jadeja, Kohli, Root and Bairstow in this match. Even then, both teams have plenty of talented players in their squads. Since England's home match. My guess is England will be able to win.
England vs India First T20
In the first T20 match between England and India, India went down to bat and scored 182 runs for the loss of six wickets in 18 overs. But they have collected enough runs to win. India played well enough in today's match. With two more overs left, they can be optimistic about winning if they can score 20 to 30 more runs in 2 overs. In order to beat India, England must play with a lot of hard work and focus on today's field.

During the T20 series against England, India will face a tough opponent. It's a tough matchup between an aggressive England team and an Indian team that's uncertain about their starting lineup or game plan. An impressive win for England tonight, followed by a warning about a series whitewash for India. On every metric, England's bowlers have performed better than those of both New Zealand and India in test matches. It's a great time for the England team.
In this format India is very good team even England is going with home advantage and with the change of captaincy surely they are going to be big test for Buttler because he is an aggressive player and now with the burden of captaincy can he has done as usual. Indian done average job in last few matches after losing first two T-20 against South Africa at home but still now with the comeback of regular captain Rohit Sharma it's going to be interesting.

Arshdeep Singh is going to be had his T-20 in this match big challenge waiting for him can he do something good and keep his place in regular team because now competition is tough, and every player need to do his best for staying at his place for long time.
Even though I am completely sure that England will thrash India in this T20 series yet I really want to see performances of our players because this is more of a selection series for the upcoming world cup. India started well but have lost Rohit Sharma due to brilliant strategy of adding spin in the start of the game to slow down the batsmen. You want atleast 160-170 on this pitch to make a good game.

The India squad has great batsmen like Rohit Sharma, Gaikwat, Dinesh Kartik and Deepak Hooda. However, there is no experienced bowler in their squad. Had Bumrah or Shami been in the squad, the Indian squad would have been stronger, as England's pitches are pace-friendly.
England's squad includes experienced batsmen like Jos BButtler, Moeen Ali, Livingstone and Jason Roy. The batting lineup of both the teams is strong. So in today's match I am expecting at least 180 runs.

The squads of both teams are strong. But I have doubts about how effective the Indian bowlers are on the England pitch. As we have seen in Test matches, even the best bowlers in India did not perform well. However, I would say that this match will depend entirely on the performance of the batsmen. Because I don't see an experienced bowler in any team's squad.

I really don’t remember when was the last time Bangladesh had an u-19 tour or even a team tour. This is not something that seems to be a headache for any smaller cricket clubs. To be honest it is going to be a luxury to even have these types of tours when the smaller teams don’t even get tours with their main team against the better teams. But, I believe it is going to be only a matter of t20 if you try to increase the number of tours but I don’t have any hope with the ODI.
But what I remember is, Bangladesh had a U-19 cricket team because they were champions of the world in 2020 at South Africa https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Under-19_Cricket_World_Cup with this they also host this tournament for two times even their record is not good in this but still it's very helpful for them as they can improve youth's skills and quality with this all but sadly recently we have no positive things happening from ICC and relative boards which is painful.

Asian teams having very good record in this as India is leading country with 5 titles and Pakistan is also done impressive job with 2 title and having 3 loses in finals, hopefully we will be able to have some improvement and good news about these things from ICC in near future.

Organising more tours for U-19 and A team should be their priority. We have seen how Indian U-19 team has performed in the past couple of years. A lot of them are now part of the IPL and from their they are being selected into the Indian squad. BCB is a money rich board but I think corruption and favourism might be eating it up.
Outside the pig-4, U-19 and A team tours have become a rarity now. I don't know the exact reason for this. And this is not the case only with Bangladesh, but with other countries such as South Africa and Sri Lanka as well. As a result, the emerging players don't have a platform to showcase their skills. And at the same time, globally the importance for U-19 tours have gone down. This year's U-19 world cup was won by India, but the viewership for the matches were down compared to the previous editions. Maybe the tournament needs to change it's format from 50 over to 20 over.
I think both 50 overs and 20 overs format should be introduced to make the tournament intresting. Of course they can call the 20 overs format as U-19 T20 worldcup. The viewership of T20 format is currently more than ODI or test, the simple reason behind it is that it is short and doesn't consume a whole day. If ICC cannot implement it then the respective boards should conduct bilateral matches to improve the quality of players.

Currently, the most popular format is the 20 overs format in cricket. Many people can enjoy the whole match by spending normally 3 hours in this game which is not possible in other formats. I think the way T20 fans are growing, there is no doubt that the status of Test or ODI cricket will go downhill in the next few years. However, cricket should be strengthened by giving opportunities to weak teams along with good teams so that small teams can do better and cricket will become more popular.

It can be done. Since the T20 World Cup in its current format (ODI) takes place every two years, a 20-over competition can also be squeezed in. All we need is some interest from the ICC and the member boards. One thing that needs to be taken in to account for U-19 competitions is that most of the players will be studying in schools and colleges and their academic future should not be negatively impacted as a result of the tournaments and training. The tournament should be short, ideally spanning for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Bangladesh vs West Indies
In today's second T20 match, West Indies lost 5 wickets in 20 overs and scored 193 runs.Bangladesh scored 96 runs for the loss of 4 wickets after playing 1 ball in 14 overs. If you want to ensure victory, you have to collect 98 runs from 35 balls. However, it does not seem possible for Bangladesh.I would like to say privately that the current performance of Bangladesh has become a lot of lightning.Had the first match not been abandoned, they would have lost to the West Indies in the first match and they have chosen to lose in the second match as well.
If the Bangladesh team moves forward in the way it is moving forward, they will never be able to achieve a good reputation. At one time Bangladesh could have performed well but now there is no good performance in the Bangladesh team. Here I feel their lack of leadership. They have been in such a situation due to lack of good leadership.

Bangladesh team is not in such a condition only due to a lack of good leadership. This has also happened due to the lack of inexperienced players and corrupt boards in Bangladesh. Bangladesh cricket board is richest than, West Indies, New Zealand, and South Africa. However, the quality of Bangladesh's domestic leagues is very bad. Bangladesh's national team performance is unlikely to improve unless corruption is reduced and domestic cricket improves.
A few years ago, everyone's eyes were different on Bangladesh cricket. At that moment their only dream was to win the World Cup. But the current situation in Bangladesh is at a stage where there is no hope. In Bangladesh cricket, it is easy to understand that the team does not have a good relationship with the board. They are playing but without any encouragement. Maybe there is no one to give proper leadership. But I'm sure their condition is getting worse by the day. Bangladesh cricket board is more stronger than other countries. I don't know what is the cause of sudden worse cricket. Can i say that they could just win at home?
Bangladesh cricket is far behind now. Now there are very few good quality players in the Bangladesh team. That is why they are in such a terrible condition today. I think their team is very weak next to him.

Surely a big misery why ICC and relative members are not doing things for improving quality and having good sensational stars from their own academies organizing U-19 and then having U-23 and A team can improve quality of many associate countries and from this big teams can also bring many wonder kids because this is surely big platform, and we already have many star kids in many teams but recently no encouragement for this is having big impact and also question mark why no one doing any positive for this.

Specially with this we can bring many native players in countries like the UAE, Canada and many more which will surely open doors for them in Asian games and Olympics as well. Because they will be able to send their U-23 teams or A team for these competitions and mostly teams will be with their native players.

BCB needs to spend more money in providing and improving their resources for these players. If these players are performing good in domestic cricket and league cricket but not in international cricket then something is nit right with selection and training. I don't see any future for Bangladesh if they continue playing like a bunch of ameatures. They are bad in all formats of cricket as of now.
Here are my suggestions to improve the quality of domestic cricket in Bangladesh:

1. Give importance to region-based teams over the Dhaka based clubs
2. Encourage local players to play domestic cricket in England and other SENA nations
3. Encourage foreign players to participate in Bangladeshi domestic cricket
4. Hire foreign coaches for domestic teams
5. Organize more U-19, U-23 and A team tours.
Here @Sithara007 I strongly agree with your few points because they can do these things quickly without losing too much time which are 1, 4 and 5 because these things are in their hands but for 2 and 3 it's not easy they need good quality for playing domestic cricket in England and other SENA countries without this they are not going to hire these players as right now we have some good number of players from Pakistan.

With 3 it's also needed good amount because if you want foreign players then surely you need to pay them good amount which is not possible for them right now, or they can do this but need to do good work because good sponsors are essential for this all but if they want to increase quality and have better results than just follow these steps and enjoy for long time otherwise they are going down and out like Zimbabwe and West Indies.

^ Exactly what I was talking about. In Bangladesh cricket is not in a good situation right now. They had a really good time going on for them a few years back. But now they don’t even have a fairly good captain. Bangladesh still has a very good potential in cricket and they can achieve a lot through cricket. The situation of Bangladesh cricket is not very good right now. They have changed a lot of captains across almost all the formats but they have not found a captain that can take them to victory. That is a big problem right now. They have also experimented with Shakib Al Hasan but it failed.
