I think it is great news for Pakistan that the board is going to concentrate on international cricket a lot more instead of PSL. Because in cricket a country needs to have International recognition before starting a Cricket League of its own and we have all known for a long time Pakistan did not host any team in their country.

Now things are starting to look better for Pakistan and I expect after this Australia tour a lot more teams are going to be interested.
Recently we have some good changes in PCB which are helping them for revival of cricket in Pakistan and with Australian tour now surely many positive expects will happen for them in PSL and International cricket both ways. This year in PSL 2022 they have record profit which helps franchise also in big way and as now PCB already announced they are working on bidding of players instead of draft system hopefully this will bring some more interest for many other players and investors because this is good news.

After Sri Lankan incident there were some issues with Pakistan and teams were no visiting, but recently things are change with specially Australian tour now doors are open hopefully in next one or two years all teams will tour Pakistan without any fear or problem which will help all stakeholders in positive way.

Lucknow Super Giant vs Sunrisers Hyderabad

I chose the Lucknow Super Giants team today. Because in the previous match against Chennai, they had a great performance. Batting on the target of 211 runs, they got an easy victory. But today de Kock, Lewis, and Pandey could not play well. At the end of 16 overs, Locknow's collection was 120 runs. Rahul and Ayush are at the crease. If they can collect 50 runs in 4 overs then maybe they can win the match. It will be difficult for Lucknow to win if the target is less than 160.
Lucknow had to collect 169 runs. Doesn't look like a very bad collection, Lucknow has a chance to win if the bowlers can perform well.
Hyderabad lost the first match by 61 runs against Rajasthan. So they need to win today's match. However, to win the match, the top order players have to play well. The wicket cannot be lost before the end of the power play.

Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 91 runs in 12 overs and lost 3 wickets. Now they need to win is 79 runs from 48 balls. Rahul Tripathi is now at the crease, who is unbeaten on 41 off 27 balls. Since they still need to collect about 10 runs to win every over each. So the chances of winning are still equal for both the teams. Let's enjoy the match.
seems interesting - who won the match Sunrise Hyderabad or the other team? My local TV does not broadcast IPL how are the matches going on and how much excitement it has brought in IND about the IPL? Who do you think will win the tournament?

I expected Chennai Super Kings to win the match easily but Punjab Kings is batting at 10 per over and exposed the bowling weakness of Chennai Super Kings and only Chris Jordan has bowled a decent couple of overs and Punjab Kings are dealing with sixes as they already smashed 10 sixes and 6 overs left and Punjab already reached 142 and if Chennai can restrict below 200 runs it would be a confidence booster for them and for that they need to pick wickets.
Chennai top coders batsman and middle order batsman didn’t bat as well. Only 1batsman got 50*+ in Chennai. If they did good start then i Think they would chess the run easily. But Punjab bowler's have done their job properly, ther were outstanding performance yesterday match.I hope Chennai will be back win site their next match.

For the Chennai Super Kings, only Shivam Dube played well for his half-century, and other than that I don't see anyone who you could be named to play well in that match.

In T-20 it is a lot different than ODI because one guy scoring a half-century can obviously change the complexion of the match. but he needs at least some minimum amount of support which he did not get in that match. and also I think the bowlers could have done a little more  tidy job.

Only Pakistan players weren't allowed to participate in the auction. If they were allowed, this time few of the players would've got auctioned at the highest price. As mentioned IPL is giving path for the talented players though it has been a multi-million business for the investors. PSL too will set its standard in the long term. Now it is too early considering the support and the players participation.
PCB is trying to revive cricket back in there country. As we see Aus are touring followed by England and NZ. PSL is also brought back in the country. With thing get settled more money will join PSL that will attract more players from SENA countries. Right now PCB focus should be to make sure every tour of SENA country is conducted successfully.
After a big break Australia have toured Pakistan. All formats of cricket series with Pakistan winning the ODI series and a T20 left in the tour. Probably the T20 match will be won by Pakistan. A successful tournament in Pakistan makes more other countries tour Pakistan. As stated PCB now focus much into the international cricket than the PSL. IPL was started when there were not much of similar leagues for cricket. So, it was a big success from the beginning. PSL will experience the same in the long term.

The Chennai team has a lot of internal problems. They have failed to form a stable team. Perhaps they wanted to strengthen their batting lineup. But their batsmen are not in good form. They have yet to find their best bowlers. They used 7 bowlers against Lucknow. Moin Ali is an experienced bowler for the T20 format. But Chennai is not using him properly.

IPL is setting their standard and having no intention of bringing players from Associate countries which is good but PSL is not having any standard like this, and they are bringing players from all countries even they have not good reputation in cricket because it needs of their current situation with they are fighting hard for their better marketing and more fans base which allow these things.
The basis of any major tournament is to find the best players and allow the teams to auction them, if any associate countries have great players then they will be snatched without any hesitation. The prime example is Rashid Khan who is one of the expensive players in the IPL and he is a hot prospect because of his talent. If there are other talents that would win matches they will be held for auctions irrespective of their nationality.

When was the last time a player from one of the associate nations got a chance to play the IPL? I guess Sandeep Lamichhane of Nepal got a couple of outings and after that he was dropped. IPL franchises prefer players from SENA nations - Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England and also from West Indies. Anyone outside this grouping doesn't stand a good chance to get selected. Now coming to the tri-nation series, these two teams (Nepal and Malaysia) are the ones with native players. But in recent times, they have gone down in ICC ranking, as they are unable to compete against mercenary teams like the UAE and Oman.
Not only IPL but other leagues like BBL or PSL also ignore such players. All leagues prefer players that are in demand or those who people wanna see playing. It's irony that teams with native players are going down in ranking while team of expats are going up. In this tri seris there is another associate team PNG. Nepal is playing cricket for quite sometimes but still they are never seen in ICC tournaments.

On other side good thing is happening now we have some good number of leagues which are helping many players for their finances and giving good quality like BPL. LPL and Afghani Premier League, so we can expect some good things for these players because these things are now non-taxable and players from all cricket related countries can enjoy some good future with their improved quality and better performance.

In the 6th match of tri nation cup going on in Nepal,  Nepal beat Malaysia by 85 runs. Nepal gave a target of 223, Dipendra Singh Airee played a not out innings of 110. Haven't seen Dipendra in any league so far. Such tournaments will help players of associate teams to make it to leagues like IPL.

I think IPL is always going to prefer the players who bring much more attention and also so can play surprising and big innings when they are needed to do so.

In my opinion, the players from these associate nations are not the type of players who bring attention or the skill that is needed. They did experiment with Sandeep Lamichhane but that didn't work out as expected in my opinion.

Obviously, there is another fact that if the Indian players play with the better players they will learn a lot more instead of playing with players or against players from these associate Nations.

Delhi Capitals is chasing 172 runs and they already lost 3 wickets and i picked Gujarat Titans to win the match and hopefully they can pick wickets in regular interval and put pressure back on them.
After 7 overs, Its only 54 for 3. They need 118 runs from 78 balls. Although Delhi lost 3 wickets, the chances of winning this match are still high. 118 runs from 78 balls are not difficult for a platform like IPL. And the pitch is helping the batsmen enough. Lalit Yadav and Rishabh Pant are now batting. If these two players can prolong their innings, Delhi will easily win this match.
This match will not be an easy win for Delhi because it's not a short run chasing. Yes there is still possibility to win this match for Delhi because every team has some extra ordinary players and the platform is IPL. Pant is playing well and let's see what happens.

Delhi lost by 14 runs. And with the loss in this match, we have come to realize that the Delhi team is not very strong this season. Their batting lineup is not good enough. Top-order did not play well today, so Delhi lost. The middle-order players could play well but they did not have a good finisher team so that they lost the match. I have enough doubts whether Delhi will be in the top 4 of the table.
That's a point that Delhi needs some quality full batsman. Balling lineup was good enough to play a competitive match but if we think about batting lineup then Delhi isn't perfect to win against big opponents. They can focus on their batting lineup immediately.
