India at the moment is far better than Sri Lanka. They have better players overall and I don't see Sri Lanka beat India. Sri Lanka is in really bad form right now and even the good players in the team seem to be underperforming at the moment. Actually, if India loses against Sri Lanka, it would be a surprise for almost everyone.

Once Sri Lanka was a tough team to play and it was among the top cricket teams. Slowly with the retirement announcement from senior players the team started to go down in its performance and there is none to guide. India is quite consistent in its game, even if it experience a loss soon it started to make a win. Today India lost early wickets, but the players kept the run rate good. This has made India strong to win the match. To score 31 runs in 30 balls with 7 wickets left is easy for India.

^ The Lankans played excellent batting at the end. Dasun Shanaka hits some big shots towards helps to lift Sri Lanka to 183. Sri Lanka's batters put up a decent total, but it will be a challenge for bowlers to control Indian batsmen. Two openers, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan, are eliminated early. With that score Sri Lanka still has an opportunity to level the series; all they need is regular wickets.

It was entertaining to watch this eliminator. First it was Shaheen who scored runs at number 9 and now in this game its turn for David Wiese to score runs 28 runs on 8 balls with 3 sixes and one four. IU in reply lost 4 quick wickets but Azam Khan and Hales partnership of 79 runs made IU like winning the game but in the end they keep losing wickets and lost the match.

Sri Lanka have lost 10 consecutive T20Is played with India and this T20I will be India 11 straight win or Sri Lanka break there losing streak. Its not looking possible as SL is facing injury issues there main spinner Maheesh Theekshana and batsman Kusal Mendis are out of this series due to hamstring.
